I liked the feel of the the apartment - it felt very homely and welcoming. The lounge was spacious and kitchen suited our needs. It was good to be a ten minute walk to the Tenzan onsen Also, it was nice to use the futons on the tatami mats.

We found it very difficult to lock the lock box at the end of out stay.

there are room for improvement in terms of the cleanliness of the bathroom. the wood near the tap is rotten and mouldy.

The owner very responsive.

When we enter the apartment, we can smell the strong carpet smell. Once you ons the air cond it was centralised , the sound & noice was too loud and it’s turn on & off automatically after few mins . We didn’t sleep well especially the master bedroom very warm as the air con turn on & off for the whole night . The furniture was old and very dated . Toilet smell very bad too .

I had a great time there, the apartment is very spacious!

Onsen was wonderful.

Advertised as a 2 bed room. I interpreted as a 2 bedroom...but eas actually a 1 bedroom with 2 beds. Lovely apartment. Please consider pinning location on google maps as even with locals assistance, this property was difficult to find. But well worth it once we arrived. 😁

At first, I thought the place was decent. When I arrived, I didn't expect it to have so many facilities available for such a price! It has hot spring water, a kotatsu and a spacious place to stay! Definitely a great place to be!

onsen bath was nice, pretty spacious

The unit was very confortable, well furnished for a family and had an interesting interior, specially the kotatsu. Also very well located.
