Nice property

The location and easy access to restaurants and the Frozen Dead Day festival was very nice. The 2ned 2 bath was perfect for our party of 2 couples!!

The cabin was easy to get to as well as the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The cabin was perfect for us and our little dog.

Great location close to the park. My kids used the pool daily, even in 50 degree weather! The chalet was like a old cabin, but clean and comfortable.

The two bedroom cabin was just what we needed. Great location and set up. Beds were comfy. Kids loved the pool and community room between our mountain activities.

This space provides amenities for two families with plenty of room in the kitchen and common areas. The location is perfect for access to RMNP adventure or in town amenities.

We had a great time. Kids loved the heated pool, the patio was great for having a dog. Communication was easy and responded too. We're happy :)

Great location for both downtown Estes Park and entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Property was as described. The place was fully stocked and we received check in texts throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. Pool was a great temperature for the whole family. Great location - close to town and RMNP Fall River Entrance. Saw a lot of wild life on property. Would recommend and stay again.

Tried to cancel third night (within cancellation timeframe) and vrbo said it was ok. Day before visit found out it was not per the property. Apparently was a 3 night minimum not advertised and vrbo not aware of. Taken care of but was not enjoyable experience calling several times and trying to explain this

We loved our stay here! The cabin was perfect for our family of 4 and so close to both Estes and the Fall River Entrace to the park. We had so much fun using the heated pool as well! When we had questions, we got very prompt responses. We would absolutely stay here again!! Thank you for a great place to play and rest!!

This is a beautiful location, close to everything but just far enough away at the same time. The cabin was perfect and I enjoyed eating meals either on the patio or at the table and just staring out the window. Very peaceful! Communication with the owners was very easy with quick response times and they were super helpful.

Place was clean and beds were comfortable. Living room only had 1 sofa and chair so we could of used another sofa for 4 people.

Helpful staff, great proximity to the park and loved the fireplace.

This chalet was the perfect spot for our family to meet for Christmas. The cabin was well appointed, and we enjoyed the fireplace every night. The location is excellent - just minutes from downtown and RMNP. We would definitely come back if in the area.

There were no coat hangers. There were no instructions for simple things such as where the light switch is in the two bedrooms (behind the bed). No instructions as to where extra garbage sacks were located (under the sack being used). It would have been nice to have at least enough wood for one fire. Since there were no matches, we searched the entire Safeway for matches. Totally sold out! Even the smoking area just had lighters. Some light bulbs were burned out. You get the idea! Positive things: Very nice towels and plenty of them. The dishwasher worked (the last VRBO we stayed in didn't the whole time). Easy access to the property from the parking space. Unlike some places we have stayed, the people greeting us were very nice.

Great location! Minutes from downtown Estes and entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The place was very clean, plenty of towels, pillows, etc. They obviously pay attention to reviews…previous reviews mentioned an uncomfortable futon. We had a beautiful leather sofa sleeper. The ONLY complaint was that we just had 2 hangers. So suggest bringing some along!

The is the perfect location - just 1.5 miles from the park entrance and 2.5 from town. Great layout for multiple guests with the two bedrooms and two baths completely separated- plus living room and fully stocked kitchen. Safeway is right in town for stocking up. Don’t forget to make both park entry and dinner reservations in advance - necessary and so worth it. At a minimum- make it to Bird & Jim’s!

This property was perfect for what we needed. Great layout, bed was comfy, had we needed to cook except didn't find a cookie sheet.

Our goal was to visit the National Park every day. This VRBO was located about a mile outside the Park which made it perfect for us.

This was a great experience all the way around from the accommodations to the location. Would recommend to others for sure.
