the room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast is included. The hotel shuttle picked us up from the airport and took us to the train station. the pickups are well organised.

How the hotel doesn’t have cameras outside or even a security guard monitoring the outside parking lot because someone got into my van and stole some things!

Breakfast was Phenomenal and great choices.

I didn’t pay much attention to view but when I did look out, kind of disheartening to see a parking lot with trash thrown all over. It was the next lot to Hyatt.

convenient location close to the airport and midtown. airport shuttle was awesome ! included breakfast was great and had hot and cold options.

pool and spa had too much chlorine. if you are sensitive you will get a rash.

Big room, friendly staff

Noisy outside and blinds were 8 inches too short and let in the bright lights from the carport outside.

The breakfast in the morning was the highlight. The employees were very nice and helpful but dealt a bad hand this weekend i think with some of the issues we had.

Pool was great, crowded most days but the lack of towels was very problematic. The towel shortage lasted the whole weekend, a room with 4 adults and a child only had 2 towels to start and it took almost two days to get any new ones. Our hotel room was very hot, and the thermostat was not responsive. We even had an employee come help and it still would not cool off the room. Sleeping was tough with the room staying 74/75 the whole time.
