Nice capsule room, friendly staff, close to station

Having to leave the room at 10:00 am each time although you stay for consecutive nights.

Location, friendliness of staff and the possibility to check in late at night

The distance from a station ion the main JR loop and the Subway from the airport.

There is a mandatory 10am check out every day. While there is a simple locker for some luggage storage, you have no access to it. Larger luggage is stored in the lobby.

The facilities, free equipment, and capsule style beds, and sauna.

Open showers. They are not private.

The price is the only thing that was good about this stay.

This is the worst facility I have stayed in over a period of 6 years coming to Japan. The hostel was unclean. Dangerously so in places. The staff were ambivalent towards this. I had to check out a day early because I was so upset by the facility. No refund or compensation offered. The sauna shower room was genuinely hazardous, with broken wood planks and slippy wet floors. Avoid booking here at all costs.

The hotel is only a few minutes from the station.The beds were functional.

There is almost no luggage storage (the locker will only fit a thin backpack) and the shared shower roof is growing a healthy crop of black mold.

Centrally located and and the sleeping area and toilets were clean. Calm and quiet guests. Priced okay for the central location.

It's hot and cramped. Capsules are not well ventilated and if you do not have earplugs it will be noisy. The beds are hard, if you are a side sleeper, be aware. If you open the blinds there is light as they do not turn off the light during night. The shower area is trendy but full of mold in the roof. Same as around the airconditioners in the capsule area. They do not take well care of the building, however the floor is clean. You do not feel like a person here, more like biomass stuck into a pod. You rent here for the capsule experience or just to sleep. This is really a no frills experience. DO NOT bring a lot of luggage. You can barely fit a 35 litre backpack.

Clean place for sleep and they give you clean sleep wear and towel everyday The location is very good, there is near some restaurant and mini market too and near Gotanda Station

The bathroom it's make me feel awkward because you are take a shower with another man with no privacy, i don't expect this one I think they can give more privacy for take a shower, because many tourist stay at this hotel too and not I think some tourist non Japanese feel same like me

Reception was open late, i enjoyed the sauna very much.

For some reason we had to check out at 10 every morning, even though we spent multiple nights, it felt like a pointless hassle having to gather your stuff and leave every morning and check back in later.

One of the best capsule experience here in Japan. Staff is super friendly. I like the sauna and showers. Location is good too - very near the train stations.

I have to check out everyday even if I'm staying multiple days. A bit of hassle packing up again and storing everything on my locker.

Near a Gotanda station, 3 minutes by walk. convenience to transit to Shinkansen, Shinagawa station 2 station from Gotanda. It's very good place to transit and sightseeing Night Life in Tokyo.

Your room is 2nd to 6th floor with share toilet on the same floor. But bathroom is on the B1 floor, it's inconvenience to go to bath. Elevator is too small. No more air in the room. No TV but it's got a TV BOX in capsule, for what?
