The property was fine, and for the time of year the price was right. I found the pull-down bed fairly comfortable but you will need to put something behind the top of the mattress to stop pillows from falling through. The condo was clean except for the kitchen table was really sticky for some reason. Felt kind of gross. Overall no real issues with the property, the price was right and it served my housing needs well. If I can offer a bit of info to any cyclists out there, the trail that goes from Keystone to Dillon is awful. I was there to ride and decided to stay at Keystone to get the extra miles down to Dillon before going up the Vail Pass and accessing other area trails. I would have been better off just staying in Dillon as I always have because the trail from Keystone is so rough with cracks that can cause pinch flats and fork breakers. I was surprised that it was as bad as it was. Once you get close to Dillon the trail is reasonably nice all the way up the Vail Pass.

Top floor studio right on the the main River Run walkway. Very clean quiet and convenient.

The location is great, the room was clean, but the Murphy bed was not comfortable at all and the pillows didn’t help it either. Didn’t sleep great.

This is right in the heart of River Run Village, which is just a few minutes walking from the Gondola and Summit Express lifts. It is closer than any of the public parking locations. The rental was great. We appreciated having all the amenities we would at home so we did not have to spend a lot eating out every night. There is a little grocery store in River Run Village that had all we needed. I forgot Olive Oil, no problem, they had it. We really enjoyed the integrated ROKU on the TV. It was easy to hook up our accounts and get to watching movies after a long day of skiing. Unfortunately Dakota lodge was updating their pool so we didn't get to go there, but they have three outdoor hot tubs and a sauna on prem. We would definitely stay here again if it was just the three of us. However we would probably pick a larger rental if my wife were to join us as the space is limited but certainly adequate for our needs. I'll definitely keep this place saved for future trips to Keystone. Thanks! Oh and the checkin process is great. They have their own app with all the details you need. Summit Country Rentals was great. The humidifiers weren't working for us and they replaced asap. Thanks again!

It would be perfect for a small four person family bit four adults would be an uncomfortable stay. Unit was decorated nicely but it is a total budget unit. The finishes were done poorly with gaps in the counter top and the tile back splash was just slapped on the wall. Again this was a budget unit so it was kind of expected. The building is older but it in good shape for the most part. Every pool cue was broken in the common area which was a disappointment. If you have not stayed at keystone before, it becomes a ghost town after the slopes close so an Uber or a car to town might be necessary if you want to see some people after dark. Second time using this management company and they are very easy to get along with and communicate well before your trip. They respond very quickly with any issues you may have. Very pleased with my stay. Will try a different unit or building next time but will rent from SCMR again for sure.
