Das Hotel hat eine superzentrale Lage, es ist jedoch trotzdem ruhig, da es sich im Fußgängerzonen-Bereich befindet. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist ist ein öffentliches Parkhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe (Tagespreis ca. 34€). Das Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet und das Bad war in einem sehr guten, modernisierten Zustand. Die Betten waren bequem und die Fenster ließen sich komplett zum Hinterhof öffnen. Die generelle Inneneinrichtung der Zimmer ist eher nüchtern, dafür der Lobbybereich sehr einladend. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich es nicht mit gebucht hatte.

What can I say but go here instead of Amsterdam, and specifically this hotel over any other. Might be a ten minute walk from the train, but honestly, that's desired as the hotel is in the best possible location within the city center. Close to anything one might ever consider needing, from plethora of groceries to toys, clothes and restaurants. Probably the best place I've ever visited as a tourist, with an exceptional hotel at that.

The electric bikes in the city are a bit frightening, but apart from that, there is nothing to subtract from the experience.

The breakfast was nice and had a good selection and the staff at breakfast where very nice. The location was pretty good.

There was a broken shower, broken hand rail, ( they did fix shower as it wouldn't work) also found items under the bed from previous people who stayed there, so wasn't cleaned well. The beds were very uncomfortable. On the second day our room was left open and the safe was opened while we were out the room!! Nothing was missing but the door was open anyone could have walked in and our safe code was changed. Reception didn't really care when asked they said the cleaner didn't lock the door properly and it happens! I then asked why was the safe was open thenand there reply was "that they clean the safe sometimes" !!!!! not great and never ever has a cleaner cleaned the safe when in use! No real apologie. It was also so loud at night with the Church bells and on road noise.

Clean, comfortable, black out curtains, great location, and helpful/friendly staff. The room and bathroom were a good size and the elevator was appreciated. The air conditioning didn’t work great, but helped some at least. The water refill stations were a nice addition too so you can just refill your bottles.
