Got 2 rooms ,suite was amazing..simple room was good value

Clean enough

advertised with breakfast, however you had to get to another hotel for it. steep stairs, not suitable for some people .

Clean room, comfortable bed.

We got the room with small window in the corner. So room was not so cozy. Also it's a bit confusing to have a glass door to the toilet.

rooms are very warm. a third bed was a stretcher.

Room service and cleaning

There is no registration, I came with my 75-year-old mother and the elevator only works if the cafe is open, and then all the time the waiters were indignant that we go through the cafe to the elevator, and for two days the cafe did not work and my mother had to go up to the second floor along a terrible staircase, with a problem leg. No one warned that there was no elevator. I also booked three rooms for the family, and in room 8 there was no internet at all, I just didn’t catch Wi-Fi there, and for two days they couldn’t move me to another room because everyone was busy and this really interfered with my business. Horror

No staff, checkin by code. Spooky atmosphere. Tiny attic room, no elevator. Heating didn't work. Coffee for only three cups. Unbelievable for this exaggerated price.
