Good food with great variety, nice view and conveniently located close to the Archaelogical site, mall, taverns and harbour. Reception opened 24/7, nice pool and lots of facilities, including for children.

It was a bit cold as the heating was not working, however we were oferred blankets and managed to get through the nights. The bed was a bit unstable, but comfortable.

The hotel is in a great spot. Pay for a pool view. Its worth it Restaurants and bars close by. The harbour is about 1/2 hour walk, but there is a regular bus service The staff are great, helpful and pleasant no matter the query or the time

I didn't like the breakfast. The quality and presentation of the food did not appeal to me at all Soft drinks at the pool bar are outrageously expensive Rooms could do with some TLC

many days in advance I booked and paid the accommodation for two in a hotel for one night. communicated with the hotel before arrival the day before, inquired about transportation and everything was fine, but two hours before check in, onlyl two hours before, I was informed by the reception that I was transferred to another hotel. it's really unacceptable, and they didn't give me the option of a refund or anything. unbelievable! Totally unprofessional. the other hotel that I had to accept was of course not at the level of this one. offered a free dinner to make up for it, but that's not how it should ne done. So, do not book it here, you never know where you will be transfered.

The superior rooms are very spacious with 3 pin plug sockets and a lovely view of river like pool. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast has everything you could want. The easy cheep buses from airport are great.

Charging for fridge and safe. 😒. Dining room staff need to smile and make it look like they enjoy their job. There are quite a few trip steps around the complex (they are marked)but a bit of a hazard.

The hotel is well located & the staff were helpful when we needed plug adapters (available at the hotel for a fully refundable deposit). A large parking lot is available free of charge in case you’ve rented a car.

Overall, I was quite disappointed with our stay. The infrastructure of the hotel is rather outdated. Paint peeling off walls, bathroom tiles coming undone etc. Also found a stain on my sheets when we got there so cleanliness checks aren’t the most thorough. Breakfast options are very limited, there’s basically only English breakfast available. Don’t count on spending your day by the pool because some guests will lay their towels on all of the lounge chairs by 7:30 am and the hotel does nothing about it. You’re lucky if some clear up by 4pm. Quite a few things come at an extra cost, such as using the mini fridge in the room. I’m not talking about consuming what’s in there, I mean just putting stuff in that fridge. It is locked when you get to your room and you have to pay for a key to unlock it. Made no sense to me.

The staff were excellent in the front lobby. Really made all the difference by being so helpful and kind.

Breakfast could be improved by better quality products for example: pastries (Lidl sell very good croissants), bread, butter, jams, cereals etc.

My granddaughter didn't like the breakfast served at the hotel, but for me, it was pretty good

the receptionist on arrival was confused directed me to wrong floor.. even after i asked repeatedly that the key say 2** therefore i should go 2nd floor...no go to the 1st floor..... upon arriving to my room i get a call to go back down to pay... as it says i shall pay when i check in.... i went down of course no problem to pay but not professional

The two pools were the best. Breakfast was OK. The room was quiet. Parking space was available. Staff was friendly. Room service was OK. Overall the whole facility was adequate. The air condition in the room worked as expected.

We had to pay extra for using the small fridge and safe in the room, which is something that should be included free of charge. The breakfast was OK but a little thin on the gluten-free options (only one type of gluten-free bread).
