No nos gustó nada del hotel, es viejo, muy mal ubicado, la playa es pésima y el servicio es peor aún
Cuando llegamos, tardaron más de dos horas en llevarnos las maletas a la habitación, tuvimos que llamar varias veces a recepción para reclamarlas, nos pasaban con el maletero y nos decían que habían ido a la habitación a dejarlas y que no estábamos alli, lo cual era absolutamente falso, además, nos hablaban de muy mala forma, tratandonos de mentirosos, cuando por fin conseguimos tener las maletas teniendo que escuchar la queja del maletero de que eran muy pesadas, , habíamos perdido toda la tarde, no pudimos bañarnos en la piscina ni en la playa porque ya no nos quisieron dar toallas.
Salimos a cenar, (la comida del buffet es pésima, hamburguesas y salchichas resecas) y al subir a la habitación se había roto el aparato de aire acondicionado, soltando mucha agua y nos mojo toda la ropa.
Solo estuvimos 1 noche de las 7 que íbamos a estar y nos marchamos después de tener que estar discutiendo durante más de 1 hora en recepcion para que no nos cobrarán toda la estancia, aún así, habiendo dormido solo 1 noche nos hicieron pagar el importe de dos noches.
No tienen ganas de que el cliente disfrute, todo lo contrario, quisimos probar uno de los restaurantes que estaban incluidos en el todo incluido, ya que del buffet no pudimos comer nada de lo malo que era, y, como acabábamos de llegar y no teníamos reserva, nos dijeron que nos daban mesa si consumiamos una botella de vino que tuvimos que pagar a parte a precio de oro.VERGONZOSO!
Es todo una estafa, todo está sucio y viejo, las piscinas son de terror, fue una pesadilla

Piękny ogród i cały kompleks hotelowy. Bardzo miła obsługa, sumienna, sympatyczna i naprawdę zaangażowana w swoją pracę - każdy powinien się od nich uczyć jak należy traktować gości. Pracownicy są szczerze mili, nie jest to wymuszone. Cudowne zwierzęta na terenie hotelu, piękny widok z okna. Baseny są codziennie sprzątane i myte szczoteczkami przez pracowników! Wybór jedzenia na śniadaniu, obiedzie, kolacji - ogromny, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Niesamowita plaża. Super atrakcje wieczorne - nie kiczowate i organizowane z humorem i luzem. SPA - cudna obsługa, pan masażysta zaangażowany w swoją pracę. Do tego świetna cena pobytu - naprawdę wszystko jest nielimitowane, zadbane, przyjemne.
Jedynym minusem jest ilość Amerykanów ale wiemy, że to nie wina hotelu, obsługa stara się jak może. Amerykanie są okropnie głośni. Na śniadaniu kiedy bufet jest pełny nie można skupić się na niczym ani ze sobą porozmawiać - jeden wielki huk. Jedyne co bym sugerowała to to żeby zrobić oddzielny bufet dla rodzin z dziećmi - tak aby dorośli mogli jeść w większej ciszy.

I stayed in a Villa Laguna, and my kids were in the Platinum suite. In my suite the caulking around the tub was gone, the mirror was broken, the hair dryer didn't work, the room was dirty, and one outlet didn't work. The room was loud, since it's close to all the shows. The shower was freezing cold 90% of the time, and room service showed up ICE COLD EVERY TIME WE ORDERED. (Yes I did say something while I was there) When attempting to go to a restaurant without a reso they told me we could sit if we purchased wine, meanwhile we are eating looking at 17 empty tables. At check out, the hotel held my bags hostage and billed me for the things that were broken within the suite. I took the manager back and showed him my room. The hairdryer and the outlet still didn't work, however they did rush and caulk the tub, and the broken mirror was replaced..... miraculous!! Too bad I took photos. We had cockroaches in our room, and red ants in the shower area. Upon conversing with the manager I began to record and they walked away. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This is a sad 100% honest review, and I say this as I was married at this hotel and it was not my experience prior. After I was forced to pay for things I didn't damage they then told me that I wouldn't be allowed to leave unless I gave them my copy of the paperwork. I refused, and they withheld my ride. Told me I wasn't going to be able to leave and would miss my flight back to Canada. Again I started recording and suddenly my family was allowed to go. Oh, one last thing..... you can smoke as much as you want at the bar, if you don't like it, it's your job to say something, but don't you dare try and eat a plate of tacos there. Also they charged me a room tax upon arrival.... Booking.com states that it's included though on the reso??

Everything, I'm happy my family and I left the worst resort blue bay grand Esmeralda and to come back to this resort this is my 4th time coming to this resort everything was excellent the food the employees the shows everything was nice thank you 🙏🏽
Nothing we all was satisfied we all got a room and it was 21 of us less than 5 hours we booked

Everything was excellent we booked our room less than 5 hours coming from the worst resort everything was nice I felt happy the employees was nice the food was delicious the resort was clean fun we found bus every 5-10 minutes the drinks was good I enjoyed my staying

We enjoyed our stay here very much and it was our first All Inclusive experience. It was very relaxing, staff were friendly, buffet was good. Our room was spacious and had good facilities. We booked Platinum which meant we had access to that area which was great. We uses the paddle boards and enjoyed the entertainment put on every evening. I would stay here again.
Some other guests were playing loud music by the pool and even though there is a sign up nobody told them not too.

The property was good .
The staff was rude told us that they didn’t care if or car got scratched or crashed into because the parking lot was full and we got told to move or car 3 times when we where trying to check in .
When checking in we didn’t get the room we paid to stay in . They said because the almost full hotel was the reason for paying more for the same room we coulda got for half the price online .
Also the kids and family pool is the reason we wanted too stay here but that’s not free and I wouldn’t say it’s worth paying for especially if your kid is under 4 years old .

The resort was nice and the restaurants and food were pretty good overall. Could have had more vegan /plant based options. There were plenty of vegetarian options but all contained dairy. There were no dairy free desserts.

reception took 20 USD to give us room in a base floor. We were asked to come in 2 hrs. After 2 hrs we were given same room but neither receptionist nor 20 usd was returned back, we just lost 20 usd.....

By Jan 9th. most of the guest were young families with preschoolers. the entertainment was now for kids and when the second main buffet closed the main one was totally overloaded.

I was delayed due to unexpected passport issue. Missed 3 nights of my booking. I had booked 4 rooms for 4 people. I spoke to Jessica at reception who said she would assist me and send an email to me confirming that the hotel were happy to refund me, so that I could send the email on to booking.com who insisted that the hotel were declining to refund me. Despite sending multiple emails didnt even get any response at all. Very very disappointing customer service!!!

All inclusive hotel is super, no need worried about the meals, whenever we are thirsty or hungry, we just went to buffet or a snack bar, the fresh orange juice I love it! The running time of buffet restaurants are excellent, it opens till 10pm, the taste of meals exceed my expectation! The staff are very polite and kind, as a family of four people, we really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!

Landscape is beautiful
It was such a horrible experience first of all I was celebrating my birthday and our 24th anniversary so i paid for Platinum and expected great service. It was nothing like its described online. They gave us a room first floor in the sunset area next to a construction area full of concrete blocks Iwent to my Concierge and ask him if we where at the correct suite that I had paid extra for Platinum I had to show him my reservation description they told us they didn't had any Platinum suites on the riviera side until next day, we waited next day and moved to the riviera Platinum they gave us first floor again and told us Oceanview is only for VIP. The minibar never worked they switched the minibar after complained several times and the other one didn't work either they will go switch the hot drinks for cold ones but they got hot again. Waiters in the Platinum beach area expected big tips or they will never bring you a drink. Its like you have to pay for your drinks or you won't get any.The food is mediocre in the buffets and even specialty restaurants we tried Mama mia and Miso Teppanyaki both where not good at all. The only food i liked was the black and white dinner. The bars are always running out of ice. There is no ice machines. The tv is old and small and the cable or antenna didn't work at all kept complaining they said they will check it after we leave. We stayed 5 nights and will never go back it was really bad no one cares I told the Concierge and evem went to the front main lobby told them it was a double celebration my birthday and anniversary and they didn't care or did anything to make it better. We paid extra for Platinum and felt downgraded. We even requested our money back the first day and told us it will take 20 days to get a refund if its approved we traveled all the way from Texas so we had to stay there.
