property was good, but the hotel receptionist was very rude, worst experience ever, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will post bad reviews about it.

But had many reasons not to go there again

First of all booking.Com site it was mentioned breakfast included but oyo hotel staff denied directly and charged 350/- excess. Secondly whatever location shared in booking.com site it was totally different and around 4-5 km distance for which we have to pay 200/- extra to our CAB view it's inferior location. Parallaly no service which are included in site amenities not a single service offered by oyo hotel as a example water provided but not sealed, when we asked them to provided sealed water bottle they charged 35/- too expensive. In this covid sceneario no masks, santiser, hand wash, even AC not working both the rooms, light not there, in wash room mug nit provided, water not available at comote etc etc not a single facility we had availed totally full wastage of money even cooked food also not at all hygienic. Booking.com staff who are intermediate to oyo not at all cooperative didn't pick our call when it's much needed

Nothing only say total communication failure between your site and oyo in practical just cheating

Bad location No cleaness Sercire is too late
