-Breakfast - lack of variety of food, mostly Indian dishses. -There was an yellow spots on my bed sheet -The kitchen wasn't clean or needed renovation, lack of kitchen utensils -Not clean as other 4 star rated hotels -Slow internet connection -Ive called twice to get one more towel since we were 3 ppl and in the bathroom there were only 2 -I've wrote prior booking the hotel..regarding the breakfast. Since, the last day we suppose to check out sooner because of our flight timings, they wrote me I must let them know during the check in so that they can prepare me a take away breakfast since ive already paid. But when I checked in, and asked about the take away breakfast and the reason.. the receptionist said we can't make it. Which means I've paid for a breakfast of 3 ppl and in return they didn't gave me anything.

1)Staff behaved rudely , especially Mr. Joseph from reception. He was rude and aggressive with arguments. Bad personality 2)Dusty pillows and mattress 3)It's tough to get parking.

I like the location and the staff were so nice.. i wish i could remember their names but they are very helpful. Though i was expecting a bigger room coz when i checked the picture upon booking i could see those with wide windows but unfortunately the room i booked was the standard one. So if the pictures posted were not matched with the room selection the posted. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay..

Hopefully they have more variety of breakfast options like more cereals or bread . I can only eat eggs.. but good that they have fresh omelettes..

They should keep something like oven for making food hot. Other facilities were good.

Το προσωπικό πολύ βοηθητικό, η κοπέλα στη ρεσεψιόν μας βοήθησε πολύ σε ο,τι χρειάστηκαμε. Το κρεβάτι ήταν άνετο και αρκετά μεγαλο. Το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό και ευρύχωρο. Πολύ κοντά σε στάσεις λεωφορείων και, επίσης, πολύ κοντά σε στάσεις για το free shuttle bus.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. 16. Etage hat auf dem Dach einen recht lauten Ventilator.

Duże pokoje (polecam te z king size bed) i dla osób nie palących. Znajdują się one na wyższych piętrach (chyba od 10 w górę). Codziennie sprzątanie, darmowa woda (4 butelki), dobre łączę internetowe, lodówka w każdym pokoju. Do tego smaczne śniadania (duży wybór) oraz basen na 17 piętrze. Warto się tutaj zatrzymać.

Hotel ma swoje lata, co widać na niektórych elementach, ale nic nie przeszkadza w wypoczynku.

The room and bathroom were large; comfortable lounge chair, desk chair and good space for luggage. Although the pillows were labelled for size, they didn't match the labels! But there were adequate number to swap around. All the staff were friendly & helpful, especially pool and gym. Breakfast (level 1 dining area) was fine. The cafe/restaurant on the ground floor did good meals.

The buffet dinner (level 1) was not very good (but inexpensive after late arrival). I'm not sure about recommending the location. Walking is difficult in Abu Dhabi - hot and longer distances than I expected. I thought being downtown would be convenient, but the hotel seemed to be a long way from any attraction I wanted to visit. I resorted to taxis.

It was close to where we needed to be for our appointment. They gave us an extra bed for free in the room for our child but that ended up being a disaster. And the food was good at the restaurant.

Our room was still dirty when we were told it was ready, my daughter found a dirty babies bottle behind the curtain. The windows had sticky, oily marks on them. The kids bed they brought up was poor quality cause my child could feel the springs of the bed all night. We also got bitten by bed bugs during the night. Not a very good experience unfortunately. They tried to make up for the baby bottle by sending a fruit plate up at 10 pm at night. Me and the children were asleep already.

I book for 3 adults and paid accordingly, however when we were checking in receptionist told me that their rooms are for 2 and I have to pay extra for the extra bed. It took me 15 minutes to explain my reservation and showing details of my reservation. Then finally she understood. Location is horrible I never recommend that area. We stayed at 14 floor. There was a awful smell at whole floor. Rooms are nothing like photos it’s so old the furniture and bathroom looked ancient.

Very comfortable stay during my time at Copthorne Downtown. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast was also great and is worth spending money on. The location also seemed to be in a good spot that was close to a lot of the tourist locations. I also arrived earlier than expected but the staff were able to accommodate an early check in for me.
