The room is good size n clean n love the robe n house slippers n the extras. Location is good especially now they have the MRT station to just go across to Marine Parade. Good guys the concierges who help me to find a box so I could bring those four packets of fish skins n help me to seal n find a robe to tie my box. Breakfast good selection fruits n food.

Would have love the shower head not to be fixed on the wall but the flexible one with handle.

Room dark and quiet. Food available across the road. MTR outside. Beds comfortable

A large shower catering for a person with disabilities .The staff were very friendly and were always there to help when required

The air con is good n cleanness n love it when there is a pair of house slippers n not sure if you had bathrobe. Coffee facilities r good but fresh milk for coffee would be better instead of creamer in a form of powder n in a satchels.

It is the creamer in a satchel for morning coffee a small packet of fresh milk would be better.

Rooms are reasonably sized. Very close to Metro station Marine Parase on East Cost Line (TE). Water-dispensers available, a glass bottle in room would have made it sweeter. Bathrooms , fresh towels all very good.

Did not use the breakfast, as 25 Euros breakfast where lunch costs 10Euros did not make sense to me!! A lot of options are available for breakfast in the neighborhood. Check-in took way too long, I waited 20minutes+. This may be a problem of just one staff. Some other guest wanted to jump queue, which did not help.

Overall the hotel far exceeded my expectations, lovely room, pool was amazing and location really convenient. I had a wonderful stay!

The breakfast, even during quieter periods some parts of the buffet were often empty and there was along wait for refill.

Near to Changi Airport

Hotel is pretty old and all the furnishings are worn out. For Grand Mercure Hotel, the standards are disappointing.
