If we’d actually had what we booked it would have been ok

Despite specifically booking an executive club level twin room for me and my 18yo daughter through booking.com, and following up with a message saying it again, we found they had reserved a queen bed room when we arrived after midnight from Australia. The put us in a pretty dire room with bunk beds for the first night. For the other 2 nights they put us in a small ground floor room. Very disappointing. It wasn’t what we paid for. There was no apology let alone any sort of compensation. Never again. Beware.

Early check in was appreciated and the pool area was good. The lobby and bar area was a great place to have a late breakfast or wait for the taxi. The landscaped garden area at the rear and the water feature looks very nice.

I think the bathroom and bedroom (level 8) could do with a refresh.

Frukosten var inte den bästa…slutade med att vi åt frukost på annat ställe trots att vi betalat för frukost på hotellet.

Excellent poolside and gym open at 0600hrs buffet breakfast excellent with some items changed each day. Free bottled water to take away.

We were unable to locate the daily visit by our travel company representative. Not the fault of the hotel

Our room was very spacious. The hotel had a Starbucks vendo at the lobby, Anytime Fitness and 711 store. Near the Havelock MRT station and bus station. They had a self service amenities cabinet at the lobby where you can replenish your tea, coffee and even your toiletries. I did web check in and it was very convenient. They also had several self check out booths that you can use for fast check out and card key surrender.

No power outlet at the night tables. Difficult to figure out the light switches. The aircon circulation in our room was not great. The vents were directed to the ceiling so we had to adjust the vents.

Accessible to anywhere, and it’s excellent location. Will be back again to stay.

The facilities were very nice. The kids loved the pool! The location is very central to all the attractions.

The price was expensive for a connecting room (but that may be normal in Singapore).

De portier was heel vriendelijk en de winkel van Crane is geweldig. Verder prima dat het hotel duurzaam wil functioneren, zoals geen plastic waterflesjes.

Onvriendelijke behandeling bij het inchecken, wat niet zelf lukte, omdat het systeem niet hele achternaam had gebruikt. Slecht bad met tegels die er bijna afvielen en het wisselen van badkraan naar douchekraan was ook niet zoals het moet zijn. Verder waren de ramen zo groen, dat je helaas niet van het mooie uitzicht kon genieten. Geen informatie over het wisselen van handdoeken, het krijgen van wc-papier, niets over ontbijtmogelijkheden. Op zich goed dat men duurzaam wil zijn, maar dan graag duidelijkheid naar de gasten.

Great location except for the construction next door

We were “upgraded” but our room was connected with another room. Their TV was on until 3am and the noise come straight through into our room. Tried to contact reception but the phone in the room was t working.

The staff they are very approachable and accommodating, all the staff no exemptions but special thanks to Ms Darsh who always assist us in our needs in exemplary service.

Absolutely nothing!

The hotel has a terrible self check in system that took around 30 minutes to complete for a family of two adults and two children. We had booked an interconnecting room, and when we reached the rooms the interconnecting doors were locked. This would usually be fixed easily with a call to reception, however the telephone's at this hotel do not connect to reception and instead you are required to log a fault via a clunky automated system accessed via QR code. The rooms themselves were completely filthy, they had a terrible odour and the bathrooms were not clean. We lasted about 10 minutes in the room before we booked an alternative hotel and checked out. The Furama still charged us for the nights stay though!

The children's playground was great. The pool was nice.

Shower leaked onto floor. Not very clean. Rooms not serviced every day. Buffet breakfast wasn't very good. Staff rude and unhelpful. On booking.com states they hire prams but they don't. Not enough chairs in pool area Not enough space in restaurant at breakfast

Extremely helpful tour desk attendant. Got around using the MTR (train) which was located close by. The swimming was great and there was a gym available to use.
