I didn’t like the fact I got charged for 3 people but only got put into a 2 person room which I had to sleep on the floor as there was only 2 beds. had no toaster no cutlery not plates had legit nothing in the room he put us in yet still made me pay $194 then tried taking $40 out off my account not once but twice when there was only 3 of us staying there in a small room that didn’t even fit us? Because that makes a lot of sense. I won’t be going back to this place the price is ridiculous for a room that ain’t even the right room

I've a lot of musical equipment in the car. The staff to organised to close to the room near the car park at 1st floor. I appreciate this for me. Because I have injury on my foot. Great assist for me!

There is the Seven Eleven in other side of the road. To get convenience foods and drinks in the 3 min walk.

I stayed in a refurbished room on the top level which was comfortable and clean.

Location was good

The room was filthy, bathroom had hair everywhere, shower taps falling off wall and bins unemptied. Price was ridiculous for the quality of room. Could have stayed in city centre for a little more money and cleanliness would have been better. Will not recommend or stay again.

They took my items of clothing and it’s been 8 weeks staff don’t care cleaner don’t clean would not waste your money going here horrific. Staff don don’t care no one’s gotten back to my clothing new shoes we’re taken bath shower essentials I’m still trying to get my items back or compensation for them cleaner trolkeybon one place rooms doors off and checked in didn’t get my room wasn’t ready. So I hadcyy to o take another room don’t waste time money here for wantbretund

Kalvin and staff all help and aid in anything you need, just ask them. Helped fix our room up instantly with no problems. Very close to summer hill train station (600m). Second time we've stayed here. Nice new lil garden outfront. Close to food and pubs. Cleaners are very nice and do their best

Convenient location. Great access to public transport into the city. Good price for a basic motel. Rooms have basic breakfast facilities.

A/C remote was missing in the room so couldn't adjust A/C overnight.

Excellent location, secure parking, helpful staff, especially with the air conditioner - dealt with an issue as soon as we told them about it. Room was old but clean - but I believe renovations are happening?

I paid booking, when I arrived check in, I was asked repaid by credit card. And added 1 dollars more. This is really annoying. Though this is not big deal.

We informed the property the day before arrival that we would be late as our flight was delayed and we had to go straight to our show . After being told that was fine by a lovely girl ,Old mate Calvin charged us $35 "late checkin fee" even though its 24 hour reception ? Left my iPad in the room after we checked out (which is my dumb fault )but man ,it disappeared real quick, gone by the time I called in the afternoon. Pretty used to budget accom , not fussy at all, but this place sux
