All very conveniently appointed. Reception very helpful in reallocating a room that my husband did not have to climb stairs. Breakfasts very tasty!

We had a three night stay & sheets would not have been changed the whole time if I didn't speak about it. I feel if you are paying the same rate each day the sheets should be changed accordingly.

Comfortable beds and good size room

No service or help to take luggage to room even though I inquired about it at the front desk, I was just told to use the trolley. My room was a long way from the reception desk as well and with a baby, pram, cot, suitcases, baby bag etc, it was difficult and then the trolley I was told to use, was very hard to pull or push due to the locked wheels.

I wished I knew how far the walk was from the carpark to the room , my elderly mum struggled getting to the room - a wheelchair was offered by helpful staff but my mothers pride would not allow it

The food was wonderful, breakfast was fresh, room service was fast.

dinner service was slow concidering we where the only group dining at the time

Great place to stay! Such a lovely hotel - highly recommend. Loved the gym area
