Centraal gelegen, nette en schone kamers. De kamers zijn wel vrij klein, maar dat is kenmerkend voor hotels in Londen. Zeer behulpzame portier!

Really nice staff. Hotel is located in a really good area, quiet neighborhood. Room was somewhat small but we only stayed for 3 days so it was great for what we needed. AC worked well.

Location, bed very comfortable, comfortable linens and nice thick towels, plenty of hot water, nice quality soap, gel, shampoo, tea, milk, biscuits and water. Able to control room temp, able to open window, staff kind, helpful and genuine. Very easy access (no steps), no issues with elevator, wifi worked great.

room size is small, but I knew that. A bit pricey in general but I guess not for London.

Staff adorable : tout le personnel est hyper pro et agréable, que ce soit à l’accueil, les femmes de chambres et le portier ! L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir différents quartiers (sont certains accessibles très rapidement à pied, comme Notting Hill). Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Métro et bus à 2 pas.

Great location to explore London. Very close to underground station and bus stops. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff were excellent. People in the reception and breakfast chef were very helpful and kind. Room was quite clean, not the largest but ok size in London standards.

Great location, just 2 minute walk from the tube, lovely period property, good value. Club room was well appointed and quiet. Spacious for London, comp toiletries and slippers, microwave and fridge in room too. Comfy bed.

Excellent location! Booked a single room, and it was a very small room (felt like a cruise ship cabin), but it is expected in London and it was very comfortable and quiet.

I guess rooms could be bigger, yet I know this is central london and it's always small rooms, wherever you go.

Location was excellent. A short walk to Bayswater Underground. Close to shops, restaurants, several pubs and a Booths pharmacy. The hotel had its own restaurant where we had the choice of continental or full breakfast. The food was good and the service excellent. The doorman at the hotel deserves particular mention as he was always on hand to give a friendly greeting or farewell. We looked forward to seeing him each day. Reception was manned 24 hours and the staff were welcoming and friendly.

One of our rooms had a constant loud humming. I thought the rooms were a little small, but adequate for our needs.

スタッフの方がみなさん親切・友好的に対応をしてくださいました。 公共交通機関はBayswater駅から非常に近く、またほかにも多くの駅に徒歩圏内で移動に便利でした。 ホテル宿泊の際に不満を感じやすいシャワー関係も、適温のお湯が安定して出て、水量も充分でした。 付近には早朝・深夜に開店しているスーパーや飲食店があり、食事の調達・選択にもこまることがなかったです。 Hyde Parkがすぐそばにあり、4月の滞在では目に鮮やかな緑が美しかったです。

エレベーターはありますが、各フロアについてから短い階段があり、重たいキャリーバッグを持っている際は少し不便かもしれません。 また、部屋は小さめです（一人であれば問題ない程度。価格を考えれば妥当だと思われます）

De locatie is echt super, een straat verder zitten leuke eettentjes en met de twee metro stations om de hoek is het ideaal reizen richting het centrum. Kamer zijn schoon en personeel was erg vriendelijk. Kamer is vrij klein en zo ook het bed. Voor ons prima maar fijn om te weten voordat je boekt.

Het was heel schoon. Comfortabel bed en prima ligging tov metro en restaurants.

The single room is extremely small (you can’t even place a suitcase on the floor), when I asked to change it (since the pictures do not indicate how small it is), I was asked to pay a lot extra (more than booking.com prices showed for the same days). I went to the double rooms where my family stayed and they were also too small. The manager is not friendly or helpful in these situations. The rooms are extremely old, with wallpaper getting off the walls and the carpet being super old and dusty, the hotel smells of an old building and dust, the housekeeping would forget to put shower gels in the room, next day they would forget the towels, or clean the bathroom properly. Next to the hotel is a hostel with drunk and loud people, the hotel is close to the Bayswater subway which is good from one hand and bad from another hand, since there are a lot of unsafe looking people walking around at night. It ruins the experience of London coming back to this hotel, next time I will definitely stay somewhere else.

Kamers te klein met name de 1 persoonskamer was meer een kast en na klagen dat je niet eens een koffer kon plaatsen vroegen ze voor een iets grotere kamer voor drie nachten 200 pond extra uiteindelijk 122 pond bij betaald

Some areas look a bit dated but nothing bad. The room is small but that's not an issue for just staying there for sleeping.

The executive single room was really small. The room was freezing. AC wasn’t enough to heat the room. The bed was really bad, it was collapsing inwards. No breakfast option.

Room was small but clean and had everything I needed for brief stay. Handily close to Bayswater tube which is only a few mins from Paddington Station.

Walls seemed to be thin as could hear talking from next room quite clearly.

Très bien placé, calme et propre

Chambre donnant sur un toit terrasse sale et impossible s’ouvrir les fenêtres à cause des pigeons qui logent devant les fenêtres. Du coup chambre pas très bien ventilée et trop chaude pour nous.
