The two twin beds are a little too close together.
When the room next door were in their bathroom, you can hear the shower and toilet flushing quite loudly which woke me up.
No lock on the bathroom door.
No bin in the room - only in bathroom.

Das Hotel gehört zur Ibis- Kette, insofern weiß man, welchen Standard man erwarten kann: solide und komfortabel, aber nicht luxuriös. Die Lage ist hervorragend: knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Bristol Temple Meads und den wichtigsten Buslinien. Das Personal ist geschäftsmäßig freundlich, das Frühstück gut und ausreichend, die Hotelbar am Abend gemütlich, für ein letztes Bier (or whatever). Mein Zimmer war komfortabel und ruhig. Für einen weiteren Aufenthalt in Bristol wäre das wieder das Hotel meiner Wahl, nicht zuletzt wegen der Lage.

Good size room, with tea and coffee etc. Comfy bed. Reliable Wifi. Close to train station, cafes, shops. Hotel.bar and buffet breakfast excellent.
Warned about ongoing works so not a problem. Lack of signposting meant wandering around trying to find entrance to hotel. Swipe cards for room and lift rarely worked and staff also had problems with the system..

The room was very simple.
The hotel provides only one big towel per person which is not such a pleasant experience.

Good location and reasonable price.
A bit of a shame, the air con/fan in the room didn't work on cool so it was very hot and uncomfortable - and due to that the window was open so it was rather noisy. The shower head was also broken.

The location is great for bristol temple meads station. The hotel itself was absolutely fine, nice rooms.
I spent all night fighting to get to sleep with children playing knock and run down the corridors and hoards of drunk teenagers in and out seemingly choosing to overflow their rooms into the corridors. Not ideal! There's also no food nearby after dark. I got in from the airport, there was no food being served in the hotel, and you're miles from anywhere that does food after 9pm. Take a packed lunch or something.

De bedden waren prima en de douche erg comfortabel. Verder was alles wat we nodig hadden aanwezig. Personeel was erg behulpzaam.
We vonden de kamer erg benauwd en warm. Ook waren er werkzaamheden in het hotel aan verdiepingen boven ons die s morgens om 8 uur al begonnen. Hier hebben wij over geklaagd maar dit kon niet worden voorkomen. Had fijn geweest als dit bij de check in was aangegeven.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was with a nice temperature. The bathroom had a nice shower. The breakfast didn’t have a lot of variety but was good.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the food was good. The beds were confortable.
There were no hand towels in bathroom and we had to use the bath towels. We have never had that in any hotel we have stayed in previously. The twin room was not beside the 3 double rooms.

Very comfortable room. Ok its basic, but what do you expect for the price? It had everything you'd need & the bed was super comfy. The bathroom pod is small but the shower is plenty big enough & lots of hot water. The staff were all very friendly
Its a very limited dinner menu if you want to stay in to eat whuch being on my own on a Sunday evening, I did!

The room was nice
There was very loud drilling going on and the food I had needed to be microwaved, there was no facilities to use and the staff said they wouldn't use theirs to heat my food.

The hotel was really lovely. Looked great, was very welcoming and friendly, and the rooms had everything we needed and we're very comfortable.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was the best we have had in a hotel.
We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return again.

Perfect location at Bristol Temple Meads! Lovely staff.
Very over priced. Rooms appear “thrown” together. Incredibly thin mattresses, more like a sponge. Poor water pressure in the room.
