Aunque el hotel parece nuevo nos encontramos cucarachas en el baño. Y toda la noche estuvimos oyendo ruido de bichos.

La ubicación no es buena esta lejos del centro y en una zono de edificios abandonados y muy sucios feo paseo de día y de noche no quisimos arriesgarnos y fuimos en taxi.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were accommodating in meeting our needs. A clean and comfortable place to stay away from the old town night noise.

The bath was complicated to work, no shelving for toiletry items. Tiny coffee cups, but nothing for tea. I had to go and search for cups from the breakfast bar. Although the locals are not accustomed to having milk in their tea, many tourists are. Long-life milk in the fridge would have met this need. (it was available at breakfast time)

Had a great 3 night stay here. Everything was very good….breakfast, AC, cleanliness, friendly staff, comfy bed, WiFi, great shower, robes & slippers. Had a meal in restaurant which was very good too! Used Bolt to get to places of interest as temperatures were high 30s. Would highly recomend.

Tthe breakfast was good, the hotel was located 20 minutes from the city center, which was a good walking distance. The hotel receptionist was very welcoming and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

I ordered breakfast take away as I had to go on an excursion early in the morning. The chef forgot to include it and was a bit grumpy. The hotel administrator apologized several times and also offered compensation for this incident. Finally, the situation was resolved pleasantly and the hotel receptionist was very accommodating.

Nice modern hotel, spacious room. Bathroom was good. Really nice rain shower. Reasonably quiet area of Bucharest.

Couldn't control heat in room. No instructions for heating/ air conditioning panel. The mini bar was far too expensive to make it realistic to make use of it. Very little information in the room about the hotel or the surrounding area. There was a jacuzzi, no idea how it worked as no information provided

The hotel is very lucky to have receptionists like Denisa and Magdalena However the black heated woman is very rude and unhelpful , my heat was not working in the room and her answer was it is not my problem !! I asked her information about the city and she answered I don’t know . I don’t know why she actually works at the reception as She shouldn’t be in that position at the first place . However the other 2 girlsDenisa and Magdalena )did their best to help me throughout my sympathies with information about the city and anything I asked

The breakfast was very simple , not for a hotel on this standard .. the same things all 5 days !! The girl at the service is very helpful and always smiling . A gem to the hotel .
