The owner was kind enough to let us park the car in front of the courtyard's door. He was also very kind letting us to check in at 1 am in the morning.

Our room was paid with breakfast included. At arrival, we were informed they don't provide breakfast??? we have avoided any discussions on this subject because we intended to be elegant but we have chosen this accommodation having in mind two aspects: 1. location; 2.breakfast - we feel that we paid for a non existent service (we were served a coffee and some slices of cake). Here Booking.com is also to be asked why these things are happening under its umbrella.

Everything was just perfect! The apartment includes two bedrooms and a bathroom, very spacious and clean. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood very close to the city center and all tourist sightseeing. The host was very helpful, always ready to make you feel more comfortable and to provide information you need for the stay. We received private parking slot reserved Infront of the property. Wifi was very good. We have free coffee in the morning.

I was chosen this location while years ago I have been also here; unfortunately now our experience was not as good as before; Only one think I can rate as exceptional is the cleanliness.

Even if breakfast is included when booking this facility - was mentioned to us at arrival there is no option to serve breakfast due to the government rules(coffee and croissants only...); we had last floor apartment - very hot (35 degrees outside - and we have been at last floor, so you can imagine heat inside, even if air conditioning was available free of charge between 10-22 hours and only in one room out of the 2 of the apartment); the floor was not well isolated; stairs conducting to last floor are improper and look not safe for family with children... Furniture in the room is a mix between old, new, etc.

Everything was clean, the staff were nice, the location is very close to two metro stations and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

There is nothing to prevent the mosquitoes from entering through the window.

The main hall was exquisite!

1 The never stated in the room description or in pictures that that “private”bathroom is outside the room on the corridor next to the reception where if you wanna go and get a shower everyone can see you which is not very pleasant! 2.Was very noisy(having a dog that was barking all the time) 3 beeing next to the reception we could hear the other guest trying to get in 4.Really poor breakfast(i don’t know how they were stating very good breakfast included in the room rate)maybe i am too picky but they need improvement. 5.They said they have AC in the room(but no where i have stayed i had to pay to use it,and wasn’t cheap 10€)no thanks 6.No mini fridge in the room to keep something on cold on such a hot weather 7.They were keep on pushing to give them a 10 on booking as a score,i could never give a 10 for so manny issues! 8.Around 10-10:30 they were kinda pushing to leave the room even though the check out time was at 12 pm

First of all,the owner of the hotel is very polite and eager to make your stay perfect.Then,the conditions are perfect.Everything is very clean.

There was nothing I didn't like. In my opinion, this type of hotel is the only one unique I have ever seen. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel and owner.
