Location, Location, Location! Feet from the beach and right on the main strip, plenty of restaurants and shopping to choose from.

The AC unit was not working; it was cool at night but since it is in the middle of the action it is loud till late at night. The staff was working on getting it resolved, but it didn’t happen in the two days we were there.

I loved the fact that we had a kitchen to cook as our little girl is allergic to lots of things. Also, the staff was great willing to help us even when we got muddled up with few administrative issues. The coffee and the croissants at the bar were very tasty. The rooms were clean, they had a push chair to barrow on no extra cost and the location was excelent. Everything was top notch.

I would have loved to have the bedding and towels changed more often. However, I found out on the day we left that we could have had all this done if we paid more. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't opened on the day we arrived. It opened middle to end of the week. It wasn't a huge issue for us as we got to spend 2 days in a pool.

they did not clean the room for the entire week. you have to pay to use the jacuzzi, the balcony and the sauna on the 4rd floor. the price vs value for money is overrated.

The location & Patrice the receptionist was so friendly, helpful & went outside of her way to ensure our stay was memorable. I had also contacted the hotel to inform them prior to our arrival that it was our 1st Wedding Anniversary & when we arrived late in the evening in our apartment there was a Bottle of chilled Prosecco & nibbles complimentary a lovely touch. It was also MotoGP weekend & she gave us detailed explanation of how to get to the track each day, her English was excellent as our Italian was limited.

Mattress was too firm. Piazza got noisy when there were parties taking place.
