Good location, nice place.

The hotel was not reachable by car, (due city construction) and it was not mentioned nowhere. The parking and packing was a real struggle.

Accommodating staff and wonderful hardworking cleaning staff. Beds were very comfortable.

On level 2 - located in new building. You can hear neighbours moving chairs and every noise from bathroom. Clients going to bathroom - Toilet flushing - showers! Was very unpleasant. And parking 200 metres or more from hotel. This was my 2nd stay at Hotel - most likely not returning.

CONSTRUCTION NIGHTMARE and no pre arrival help message ....also, at 65 + .. there must have been another oceanside room with balcony away from outdoor Bar / Disco ... so noisy

Great location. Stayed in room with sea view and balcony. Breakfast buffet had lots of variety and staff were very friendly.

Good breakfast, perfect location. Hotel is beautiful on the outside, bit outdated rooms in the inside.

The look of the hotel from the outside is immaculate and the location right on the beach front is also very good. We had a sea view room and the view was excellent (except for all the umbrellas and sunbeds).

€15 per day for parking. There is no direct lift from the basement parking to the hotel and you have to carry your bags up the steps or access the lift via the hotel laundry. The hotel is in need of an update internally as some parts of the hotel are a little bit shabby. The central corridor to the lift has open offices which you can see into and they are messy. These should be closed off to the public view. Balcony furniture was old and should be replaced. Grey paint was splashed on the wooden balcony floor. They ran out of some foods at breakfast e.g. fruit. We were placed beside a filthy table for breakfast one of the days and the table was never cleaned whilst we were there. We stayed in a Junior Suite in the new part of the hotel but this is not what I would classify as a Junior Suite. Instead it's really just a bigger room containing a sofa but it's also right above the very noisy Racket Bar which is open until 3am so trying to get a decent night's sleep is difficult.

the room was clean and the first day we arrive it smells fresh and clean. room was big good and good for family of four. there is a mini fridge with 1 bottle of water one fanta and one swchepes. beach front hotel. walking distance only to the city center.

when we eat breakfast almost no more food left, no more bread only a piece of croissant left, if you want scrambled egg you must tell them. the parking lot is not as near the hotel you must take the bus if you go back to the hotel.

Pretty grim.

I didn’t like the bugs that sucked our blood until 6 am I didn’t like the fact there were maybe 1000 of them in our room. I didn’t like what I found under the bed. I didn’t like the shower head which fell off the stand the entire time over and over again. I didn’t like the stains on the mirror. I didn’t like the fact that the light strips in the room were falling off. I didn’t like the tv. I didn’t like the fridge that smelt like a yeast infection. I didn’t like the ac that didn’t actually get cold and left us boiling all night. I didn’t like the sheets or the bed that felt crusty. I didn’t like the free lunch that they offered us because everything was awful.

the staff were amazing! we arrived a day late due to plane delay, and when we arrived the staff were so helpful. the maid had prepared our room with rose petals on bed. we were only supposed to stay 2 nights but extended the stay, and the receptionist rearranged everything to make sure we stayed in the same room.

The staff at the reception was very helpful and customer oriented. I give them a A++

a) they have no parking. you need to pick up a clicker for the public garage and then drive backwards to get to the entry each time you park the car b) rooms are micro size. we literally couldn’t place two carry on’s in the room. we don’t remember ever been in such a small room. c) if you want a quiet night, don’t take the sea view room. the lounge music is very noticeable until 3am

tiny hotel rooms, some staff were helpful but some really couldn’t be bothered and made you feel like an annoyance for being there!!

So close to beach and the centre which you literally step into it. Good breakfast. Staff soo friendly.
