The pool area was great. Breakfast exceptional

The air con did not work for first few days and they could not fix it . This also happened to 2 other rooms where my firends were staying. Unacceptable

staff could’ve been more attentive with getting bags and cars organised. reception is very slow.

Very beautiful hotel. Room was nice and the service very good. We were happy that we were allowed to check out 2 days earlier than planned in our booking. Thank you for that.

Too bad that it was allowed to block the sun beds from very early in the morning and all day, even though not used. This kept a lot of people from getting a sunbed. Because of the Covid 19 situation, breakfast was a bit complicated, but this is the case everywhere. The hotel area is quiet, but this really doesn´t help when all the surrounding hotels plays loud music all day and evening. We were disappointed with the Cattolica area, it was way too crowded and you had to go out for dinner very early, unless you made dinner reservations. Sorry, but we will not be back.

Breakfast with a view on the swimming pool, in the inside grden was super, lots of fresh products to chose from. Also the bar was lovely for an evening drink. The room was comfortable and fresh, really quiet and clean. Good point for walking around and explore the town.

Staff were excellent. An oasis of professionalism in a sea of bad hotels
