Nice lobby, great location
Had bath which i wanted & 2 double beds
The 2 double Beds were different heights . Bed was very hard I got no sleep. Horrible lumpy pillows. Very old looking room.
Dinner was ruined by smell of staff with horrific BO no wonder restaurant was completely empty on a Friday night.
Dont do room service breakfast
This cost $450 a night. I can get 5 star in Auckland for under that price and its a lot better. I stay in Dunedin alot & its gorgeous -this is nothing at all like that.

Bar heater didn’t work.
Towell in bathroom was ripped.
Luke warm shower.
When we raised issues on check out we were fobbed off.

The room was clean and the hotel was in a good location
The light in the bathroom was blown which made for a dark shower, and the bed wasn'nt made properly so as I was trying to get snuggly all I could feel was where the bottom sheet has bunched up. I had to remake the bed myself

Great location
Only two towels were in the room and there were three of us staying. Beds are old and uncomfortable. Toilet paper was hard. Only one small tube of body wash for 3 people. Considering what we paid, I would’ve expected a lot more. The entire property seems very dated.

Nice and clean
Air conditioning doesnt work. They put a fan in the room but its pretty useless as its just pushing hot air around

A very standard hotel like any other. Cleanliness was slightly below average, the floors needed more cleaning. I left my multicharger in the power socket by accident and this was not found by the cleaning staff. But beds were comfy and all in all it did the job. Great selection of cafes around the corner for breakfast.

Location was good. Receptionist on entry was nice. Breakfast was good - although they ran out of orange juice and weren't prepared to get more.
Late night staff - man was very unfriendly when we had trouble using the card to get in at midnight.

I book the room with booking.com.Unfortunately I forget booking reference at home
Reception staff told me , I am not booked with them. So made a second booking at higher rate
I am not sure did I was also charged for both booking or one

Clean hotel parking excellent good in house restaurant.
Tv could be bigger in room

The staff were absolutely exceptional ..nothing was too much trouble. We had dinner in the restaurant and drinks in the bar. The batman was superb and the waitress was excellent as was the food.
