Comfortable, well presented with a great view over Coolangatta beach. All amenities very close with secure under cover parking available. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Having already cancelled with a previous property that was having some noisy maintenance work carried out, we were disappointed to discover at 5.30 on our first morning that this property was also having some noisy maintenance work carried out. This continued from 5.30 to around 14.00, Tuesday to Friday, but thankfully not over the weekend. Had we been notified prior to our arrival, we would have cancelled and tried to book elsewhere, as with our previous booking. Having arrived late after travelling interstate, seeing a notice up in the lobby regarding this work seemed a little unreasonable in my opinion, as it did not give us the opportunity to make a different booking, as we were already there!

The view is sensational. And the location couldn't have been better.

The bed wasn't very comfortable.

From walking into the 2 bedroom unit I couldn't be more than happy with the size, view and location. 2 massive bathrooms, bedrooms, combined living and the balcony with a view to die for.

Nothing it was perfect.

Loved the comfortable surroundings everything was comfortable and made you feel at home, Reception staff were beautiful and welcoming

One staff member was upset that on a very rainy day that people were leaving wet marks on the mirrors of the elevator and made me feel uncomfortable because I was wet from the rain. There was also a slight problem wit very small flies maybe fruit flies hanging around in the bathroom

We had room 902. The 02 layout and view is not as good as some of the others e.g. we have had 04 and 05 before.

Location is awesome. The view is amazing. Ease of airport was great.

The apartment was very tired. The amenties were old and mismatched. It lacked cleanliness. The outdoor furniture was also tired. The walls and carpet were stained. Overall very expensive for what was a luxury apartment.

Views and location

Paid for ocean view and got 7th floor which is bottom of ocean view. Not a complaint just felt a bit unlucky. No Foxtel or streaming facilities unless you use your own which is a little unusual given the cost

reception was helpful when we did not like level 3 apt and moved us to level 11.That apt was more of what we expected for the money.

Level 3 apt was tired and a little shabby needed a thorough cleaning.

Our 7th stay at reflections. Room 303 worst we have ever had. Cupboards and walk in robes locked . Cruddy old furniture. Well below expectations

Comfortable apartments with lots of included amenities

The apartment we stayed in had a lot of visible damage to furniture and walls. It didn't take away from the overall comfort but was very noticeable.

The view was sensational! Three bedroom apartment gave us plenty of space as a family. Shops and restaurants downstairs. Easy access to the beach right over the road. Loved this family vacation!

Apartment needed some TLC

The apartment we stayed in was on the 8th floor and definately had the wow factor. Nicely decorated. Stunning views. Walking distance to clubs pubs and restaurants. The appliances were great - an icemaker in the fridge - coffee machine. It felt very generous. The security in the building was also great. Needing a fob to enter lifts and foyer afterhours.

There was not alot we didnt like. If I had to think of something I would say the carpet and the ceiling fans could use a clean.

The property was comfortable with everything at your fingertips.

Cleanliness outdoor furniture had black mould on cushion lounge and dining chairs needed replacement old and worn and dirty. Did not consider this apartment luxurious at all.
