Small rooms, old furniture, rusty door frames I booked a double room in October for 1235 euros, In early January I requested a change from a double room to a triple room or an extra bed and the price for the 3rd person was 800 euros ( ???), with a triple room that appears on the reservation. When I arrived at the hotel I found that it was actually an extra uncomfortable bed placed in a small room for 2 people and when I asked at the reception I was told that this is all they could offer me and that they do not have a triple room with all the normal beds, an aspect that they did not specify on Booking The price on the booking was 2072.75 euros, with all taxes included but when I left I was surprised to pay 2090.25 euros because I don't know what kind of tax they included Same breakfast daily, no vegetables Price-quality ratio

I liked the positive staff and friendly attitude. The driver who drove us up to the mountain was extremely lovable

The breakfast was too sweet and needed more varied toppings. I did not like the fact that the staff smoked in the basement where the little children were playing

Good comfortable room with a balcony. Friendly staff.

We stayed for 2 nights, and the first morning we had a great buffet breakfast (photos were taken by a photographer, so that’s maybe why). Because the second morning there was no buffet. We got some stuff that was put on our table. Sad, because we were not able to choose it so it become waste. The entrance room off the hotel looks ‘cold’ and is not really inviting.

Great hotel if you are coming for skiing. Hotel offers free shuttle bus to any of the ski lifts in area. Dinner at the hotel is amazing, typical italian dinner with antipasti, primo piatto, secodno piatto... ever night different menu, very recommended. Hotels offers a free snack at the bar in the afternoon, very convenient after skiing. It is family friendly hotel, there is a play room for kids and animators, also there is a pools and spa area.
