Arrived very early on the date of the stay and was allowed into the room which was excellent as the weather was not great. Reception staff were fantastic - lovely people. Room was good. Breakfast was one of the best we had during our 2 weeks in Italy. Never seen baked apples before as part of a hotel breakfast. They were delicious and a very nice touch along with all the other choices.

- spa and wellness isn’t included with the apartments, only the hotel. However, when I said that this wasn’t outlined in their description, they waived the $18 euro per person, per day fee.
- TV didn’t have streaming capability
- the mattresses in two bedrooms were extremely uncomfortable ie the springs dug into you

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment.
It was big and comfortable. Excellent for our 4-person family .
There is an efficient shuttle service to the slopes.
A little bit more flexibility in the shuttle times. It ends at 1645, and if you ski until the end of the day, you sometimes arrive at 1650 or even 1700, and then you have to pay for the ride.
The breakfast was simply but ok. Some vegetables would be nice addition.

Delicious food for breakfast and dinner - very friendly staff; easy mobile app to pre-order the meals. Nice wellness area with big pool, sauna, steam and relax room. Great location - walking distance to city center and also good parking possibilities.
Majority of guests speaks Italian but English is also important...some ladies at the reception couldn't answer basic questions.

We understood about the eco-friendly choice to not change every day the towel, but it's an hotel, so the room should be cleaned and the room tidied up every day

Great location, spacious room, comfy beds, wonderful view. Friendly staff.
No vegetables or salad for breakfast. No minifridge in room, no electric kettle. Staff was generally kind and helpful, but were unable to privide kettle for preparing baby bottle, or fridge to keep medicine.

After a couple of recent negative experiences in 3 star hotels Bonapace has restored my faith! Genuinely friendly staff who seem really happy to be there. Spotlessly clean. More than adequate breakfast . Hotel ski bus to either cinque laghi or spinale lifts very prompt and efficient.
Nice wellness area included in room rate. Will deffinitley return.

I like the fact they have a van going taking you to the slopes, every day except sunday?!?!?!

the spa was only sauna, other things were closed which does not make sense since there are 5 people allowed at any time.

Room was large, with balcony and everything was clean. Nice facilities: pool, sauna. Good breakfast. Hosts are charming! Excellent value for money.
Facilities are a little outdated, but other then that- perfect.

The location is very convenient - close to lits, reastaurants and shops. The views are amazing and hiking was a great experience. The hotel is very comfortable. The breakfast was superb with plenty of choices, we really liked it. The hotel room was a bit small but convenient. We loved the hotel shampoo so much we even bought some to take home with us. If you want to have a great trip to Madonna di Campiglio, I really recommend this hotel.

Good location, practically in center of town. And same time close to all Brenta trail network.
Staff was welcoming and kind.
Parking lot spread around street, but I guess that is understandable, considering available space in town. Lucky that we got parking at all :)
