Great location next to the ski lift. Underground parking supplied to guests. The staff is friendly and helpful.
This is not a 5 star hotel. Should be a 3 star. No proper room service options available and only at certain times of the day. The inhouse restaurant is overpriced with mediocre food. Rooms are outdated and uncomfortable. No air-conditioning is a joke in today's time and age. Old scratchy towels. The price charged per night is ridiculous for the quality received.

The small village is so beautiful and has a lot of facilities.

Excellent location. 2 minute walk out the back door to the Spinale Express. The personal ski locker is great. Did not use pool or spa, only had breakfast in the restaurant which was very good. Beautiful facility in general. Some staff better than others. Bruno at the front desk is EXCEPTIONAL! The Head Waiter is also amazing. 2 standouts.
The rooms were super expensive for what we got, even over Christmas and NY and we paid for the upgraded room as the standard rooms looked dated on the photos. Our room was large, clean and very nice but should have had better shower and been more maintained for 1000 Euros a night. Drinks and bar area reasonable however!

The Spa and the Wellness Center was one of the best I've seen.
The massages availability and professionality of the staff was incredible.
The pool was phenomenal too. The view from the room was on the lake and on the mountains, it was breath taking.

Location
Atmosphere is chique which isn’t our taste. Doesn’t fit to the village.
Breakfast buffet was served instead of taking yourself causing big traffic jam at the buffet table

Our stay in Spinale Hotel was amazing. What made it special was the kind staff. In particular Dorina (reception) , Annamaria and Alessandra (spa wellness) have been caring and attentive throughout the journey
