Stunning location right on the Nile. Heated pool. Nice restaurants and helpful staff

The location right on the banks of the Nile is fantastic. The rooms are clean and comfortable but the amazing pool area is the main attraction.

Loved everything but if I was being picky the bathrooms were a little on the small side.

Everything! Great hotel, the location is unbeatable alongside the Nile with views to the West Bank with great sunsets. Facilities are very good, including Spa and in hotel shops for all your gifts and jewellery needs . Food is more than adequate with enough selection to suit all tastes. Staff attentive and keen to please. Breakfast section very good and again service excellent. Pool brilliant and surrounding areas well provided with sun loungers and parasols. Pool area staff excellent and provide for all your needs, promptly moving loungers, parasols and proving towels whenever needed. Boat trips on the Nile available alongside the hotel including Felucca sailing. bookable at reception. This is our second stay and even better service than last year. Highly recommended.

The view of the resort is the best you can find in Luxor since it is adjacent to Nile. The manager of the hotel was kind and courteous.

The food in all the restaurants was mid was in terms of taste and flavours. All types of meat felt it was pulled out from a deep freezer. Nothing felt fresh and had a stale smell. Over all, we were quite disappointment with the food according to the respective cuisine and Hilton standards. We dined in Silk Road for dinner all three nights. On our last day, when the restaurant the food was taking longer to arrive, we enquired where it was since we had a flight to catch. The server quite impolitely said "the restaurant is busy, and he doesn't know". We found his behaviour quite strange and on pointing that he gave us a bowl of complimentary rice. We believe this needed to be highlighted as at no point you should make your guests feel unimportant or unwelcome, particularly at a property that has a certain reputation in the hotel industry. This experience definitely impacted my perception of Hilton hotels.

The experience was just amazing. The view of the Nile from the hotel is divine during sunset. Great staff, good food which is reasonably prices, amazing facilities, and a fitness centre right in front of the Nile was really the cherry on the top.

We had just booked an additional dinner on the Nile edge. The dinner was quite alright, I expected something better since this costed more than just having dinner at any of the hotel restaurants. It was my birthday so we wanted to do something special, but the food and the treatment were a little underwhelming and not worth the money.

The view is impeccable and the staff is very friendly. The rooms overlooking the Nile are just gorgeous. Everything is very clean and well maintained. I would definitely go back to Luxor just for this hotel.

The only negative comment I have was related to the food. Breakfast was good not as expected. Olives, another restaurant at the hotel, was way below average compared to the fact that it’s located at a five star hotel.

We stayed 5 nights in March 2024 in room 131 which is a double room with a king bed with a Nile view. This is one of the best hotels where we have stayed. The layout of the hotel is beautiful and the Nile can be seen from most of the hotel. We used the spa, which is beautiful, and we loved the time by the Nile. The staff were wonderful, from the reception to the restaurants to the spa. We were treated like a king and queen, everyone was so attentive to our needs Thank you so much !!! We would love to come back.

Everything was perfect. We loved everything. This is one of the best hotels we've stayed at.

Very nice staff esp in restaurant. Excellent breakfast esp honeycomb. Very comfortable room. Good to have agent on site to organise tours which were brilliant. I will stay here on my next visit.

Shower gel dispenser was loose and I had to ask to get it refilled. Nothing else.

El lugar es muy bonito, a pesar de que ya tiene años lo han sabido mantener en buenas condiciones. Aunque podrían hacer unos arreglos , pero mal no estuvo.

El servicio en la alberca. No tiene mucho personal, en dos ocasiones tuve que pararme e ir directamente a la barra a pedir bebidas e ir directamente al restaurante a pedir comida .estaría bien que tuvieran al menos dos meseros fijos en la alberca y que estén atentos.

La disponibilité du personnel aux petits soins le jardin et la piscine somptueux directement sur le Nil, féerique .

Tous les équipements extérieurs, piscines, terrasses, jardin. Deux piscines avec 2 ambiances différentes. L’emplacement sur la rive du Nil. Vue magnifique. Le petit déjeuner. La sympathie et serviabilité du personnel du petit déjeuner. La nourriture du Silk Road.

Difficultés à avoir des informations sur les transferts, pressing, excursions : une question un numéro/e-mail aucune centralisation. Incapacité du personnel à nous informer si on pouvez conserver la même chambre pour notre seconde réservation avant le jour j 8h. L’impossibilité de manger en extérieur au restaurant Silk Road malgré la présence de table et la demande systématique de tous les clients entrants.

La vue, les piscines, surtout celle de l'espace SPA, très calme et agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. L'ensemble des espaces de l'hôtel sont très agréable et reposant.

La nourriture du restaurant de la piscine est correct sans être exceptionnel et le service plutôt moyen. Les cocktails étaient plutôt passable malgré leur prix élevé. La carte du bar de l'étage contenait une erreur de prix.

Café da Manhã super fraco, não lembra nem de longe um Hilton - falta tudo. Serviço de restaurante a lá carta super fraco também. Funcionários despreparados.

It was a perfect stay from start to finish

I regret only staying for one night - we'd love to have stayed longer!

Heel mooie plek, schitterende zwembaden. Vooral de infinity pool was prachtig, water heerlijk verwarmd en de plek werd zeer goed verzorgd door Mr. Khaled. Personeel ook van receptie heel aardig. Heerlijk restaurantje buiten op het terras.

We hadden eerst kamer met tussendeur, er was geluidsoverlast (huilende baby), maar dit werd prima opgelost. We hadden Felucca boottocht geboekt, maar blijkbaar was er te weinig wind dus we hebben niet kunnen zeilen, een paar km verderop in Luxor zelf waren er wel veel boten aan het zeilen. Dus de boottocht viel beetje tegen.

vue fantastique sur le Nil. Le personnel très professionnel et nous a meme offert une chambre pour attendre le soir notre avion. Les chambres sont propres et correspondent à la description. Le restaurant de la piscine Olives est très bien

le restaurant buffet n'est pas très bon en général.
