L’accueil très chaleureux,l’emplacement et le calme Studio très spacieux

L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme et sécurisant ! Certes, l'appartement est petit, mais il suffit de s'organiser pour ne pas se marcher sur les pieds. La literie est confortable! Tout le confort nécessaire est présent. Très bon petit déjeuner! (possibilité de presser ses oranges, cuire des oeufs, ...) Petit salon au rez-de-chaussée près de l'accueil où il y a des jeux et des livres.

Para ducharse hay que entrar en la bañera y está es muy muy alta. Complicado para una persona con problemas de movilidad. La ubicación de la televisión es sumamente incómoda. Buenos productos para el desayuno pero muy caro.

Отель располагается на тихой, пешеходной улице. Рядом два крупных супермаркета (Ашан в минуте ходьбы), несколько небольших магазинов (в том числе овощной-фруктовый) и множество уютных кафе и ресторанов на любой вкус. Две станции метро разных линий в пяти минутах ходьбы. Наш номер был с мини-кухней, не очень большой, но достаточный для трех человек. В номере было достаточно чисто. Много разных шкафов с вешалками. Кровать и диван очень удобные, а шторы на окнах были достаточно плотные, поэтому сон был комфортным. Уборка не входила в стоимость, но всегда можно было взять пылесос. Wi-Fi работал нормально. Очень приятный и отзывчивый персонал.

Явно не хватало стиральной машины в номере. Но это не страшно.

The rooms were hot and while I understand that most places in Europe do not have ACs but when we opened the windows, there were mosquitoes to contend with. There was a fan provided that did not circulate air well. Some parts of the interior showed wear and tear.

Nice layout of the apartment, nice terrace with view to green courtyard. Close to beautiful park, bakeries, shops, metro, cafes… Nice and smooth underground parking. Very friendly staff.

On a blocked to traffic side street so can be difficult to find. Like a lot of French properties does not have air conditioning.

Good location close to a school. Prefer kids to traffic. Family type of neighborhood with nice shops and restaurants nearby. Good options public transport nearby.

Cramped apartment, not much floor space. Parking on arrival was a hassle until we got the garage remote. No temporary parking for unloading and checking in.

NO AC No air circulation in the room, the staff tried to help with a fan but that wasn't enough for 30 degrees the whole room was stuffy no air circulation, would never booked if I knew it would be so stuffy and hot inside the building. yes you can open the windows but it will be very noisy and flies coming inside. and no fan inside the washroom don't recommend it for summer

The staff at the reception was very kind and flexible to assist us in solving one little conondrum. Many thanks to the ladies!

There was actually nothing to complain about, but some free coffee capsules would have been a great thing to start a day.

The windows in the room did not close very well. It was cold at night.

The neighborhood is fantastic with the beautiful Parc Buttes-Chaumont on one side and the lively Rue de Belleville on the other, which is as Parisian as it gets - it‘s lined with small specialty shops and cafés / restaurants; There are a whole number of good food / coffee options in the area (try Mardi for coffee and Soces for sea food). Not very touristy either. We had a room towards a very quiet courtyard, and on the other side it had a quiet pedestrian street as well (it‘s facing a school though). Nice view over the city towards Eiffel tower from nearby Parc de Belleville. City center and Gare du nord/est are easily reachable by Métro. Could imagine living in this area. Staff was very nice. Rooms have recently seen a layer of paint and other renovations. Groceries / good bakeries are around the corner.

It certainly doesn’t feel luxurious. The apartment was on the smaller side, the bed room not much larger than the bed, and they couldn‘t give us the twin room as requested (they said upfront there would be no guarantee, but still - they should make it possible with suitable beds). For two people it should be comfortable, for 3 it felt a bit crammed. Kitchenette could use some utensils.

Nice, silence, clean, good view

Being on the top floor and a corner unit the view was good. Important facilities such as the Metro, Groceries store and restaurants are very close. The roads around the apartment is very quiet. The street in front of the Hotel is closed for traffic with children playing all the time. The staff were really extremely helpful and always very kind. It was very good.

I had no problems at all.

Beds were comfortable. Location was within walking distance to Metro. Very clean rooms and shower.

The TV had only one channel which was BBC that kept repeating itself every hour or so. Unable to watch any local TV stations which is kinda of disappointing. The laundry facility has been inoperative for a few months now. Kitchen was equipped except missing an oven. They had a microwave cum oven to use but no instructions on how to operate it as oven.

The beds were very comfortable and the location was very good: quiet and within a short walk of the metro and shops. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

There were some teething problems when we arrived, but they were rectified quickly.

Special thank you for Sunni!! my flight was cancelled due to weather conditions, he was very helpful by arranging a booking for another night and rescheduling the taxi on short notice. it is important to have such support when you are under stress of last minute change. the place was also comfortable and clean and close to the park which is important when you have kids.

the night shift receptionist was too busy playing games on his phone to answer my question More sadly, I find out later that the other night shift receptionist (Fir 3-Mar-2023 - becauseI don't want to name him) had charged me 15 euros for booking a taxi. He explained that I have to pay 15 euros cash now and pay the rest (65 euros) later to the driver. of course the driver was not aware and requested 80 euros fare.
