Le fait d’avoir à traverser le jardin pour aller au petit déjeuner . Pas de boissons dans la chambre . Ne serait - ce que 2 bouteilles d’eau de 50 cl . Plusieurs personnes à l’accueil c’est bien , l’une d’entre elle pourrait accompagner les clients à la chambre ..

une glace à la vanille qui n'a pas le goût de vanille. Je ne la mange pas. Je signale ma déception de cette glace type "1er prix" de grande surface au serveur, mais on me l'a fait tout de même payer. Je m'attendais à un petit geste commercial pour effacer cette déception... A cela s'ajoute un bruit de goutte à goutte toute la nuit à ma fenêtre. Une nuit épuisante au lieu d'être reposante. Déçu

Le lieu est calme, au milieu de la verdure. Le personnel est charmant, en particulier à l’hôtel du château et à l’accueil. La chambre est confortable. L’activité Yoga était bien.

Le temps d’attente interminable (1h30) à la brasserie en raison d’un oubli de notre commande dans les cuisines !

Beautiful location. Lovely pool and garden. It was like a dream.

There no food outside of restaurants hours. And no where close by to buy anything. We had to order food from uber because we arrived after the restaurant was closed.

The stables Remi is very friendly and accommodating Restaurant is nice although the menu stays a the same over the months

The service was questionable. We got to the hotel and was told the hotel restaurant was fully booked so we were happy to order room service, then was told the hotel has no room service - so basically we travelled for 7 hours then had no options for food. The hotel was miles away from anywhere and we didn’t have a hire car. Luckily we managed to order Uber eats to the hotel (I didn’t think they would deliver as it’s very rural, but they did). I think when you book a room here, you should be told that if you don’t make a reservation at the restaurant you won’t be able to eat at the hotel, so guests are aware.

Beautiful setting, wonderful old building with a lovely outdoor terrace to sit and seat/drink with lots of outdoor activities on offer including table tennis, badminton, pétanque etc. The restaurant and breakfast are situated in the old building which is lovely.

The rooms were a bit tired, the air conditioning barely worked - opening the window was more efficient

A problem/ issue about the restaurant was handled well and seriously by the management off the hotel.

The availability of my room when we arrived was only after 17.30. I consider this as an exception.

We loved the rural location of the hotel and the setting. The staff were excellent and always available to assist. Our room was quiet and had a lovely view at the rear of the hotel. The breakfast provided lots of choice, though the scrambled eggs were cold! We didn't go hungry! We would definitely visit again.

The scrambled eggs were cold, but didn't spoil our breakfast experience. The tap in our bathroom had a weak flow! We didn't like leaving!

We stayed here the night before a family wedding, the staff were extremely helpful and we had a lovely dinner after pre dinner drinks. It is in a beautiful location and allowed the whole party of family guests to relax.

The tap in our bathroom was not great, but minor issue and didn't spoil our stay. We came back for another 2 night stay after the wedding.
