No WiFi in my room and no airco. Couldn’t sleep to hot. Swimming pool wasn’t open.

I liked the interior design with the original room doors. It's a comfortable place with nice common facilities, like the garden and bar with a pool table. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean, very comfortable! And includes a kettle and tea

I expected a swimming pool but it wasn't in use.

No air-con, would have liked to have had drinks on the garden terrace seems only possible if you have restaurant meal waitress was not very helpful , could be a great hotel with a bit of an upgrade

Fast check in. Easy to find. Bed is comfortable.

It’s very basic. Restaurant has no staff no service, we waited for 20 mins, saw the staff wander around, set our table but didn’t bother to bring us a menu or any other things. Room has no kettle, stuffy at night.

WiFi access was terrible If we did manage to get a signal we lost it again very quickly. The staff blamed my device but it was the same for all four of our devices

The location, practicality, the staff were lovely

The family rooms were much lower end than the standard double rooms. Our group had one of each, clearly family rooms were not seen to be as important, sad for a hotel near a theme park.

absolutely nothing, wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me. couldn’t leave as it was nearly midnight when bed problem discovered.

stained bedsheets/ hairs in bed/ smoke alarm disabled with tissue paper by previous guests to allow for them smoking. Manageress was arrogant/insolent and downright ignorant. told my wife to shut up when she queried the stained sheet, after being told that they were clean and acceptable by the manageress.

The hotel is easy to find, in a quiet area, ideal to have a proper rest. The room was clean and spacious and the personal helped us to modify our reservation (due to an unforeseen delay) and during the check in. There are many amenities in the hotel but we did not have time to use them. There is also a restaurant in the hotel and it was great to have dinner there after a long trip.

We were three and in the room there were only 2 glasses and 2 cups. We asked for a third one but they said they only provide 2. Anyway, not a big issue.

The rooms were spacious. And nice and cool.

The hotel felt a little run down and they could have done with turning the lights on on the corridors.
