Breakfast was great, but for Advent weekends the room was really full and you need to wait for a table.
Location is perfect.
Not easy to find parking near the hotel, only payed garage.

Some maintenance was required with the broken flickering lights in the breakfast room. It was quite unsettling after waking up.
Some more plant based food options (like margarine instead of butter) would have been a plus.
But these are just some small things. The place is great

comfortable hotel close to the center of the city. many points of interest within walking distance.
there is a bar nearby and the street can be quite noisy, you can not sleep with the windows open.

we left the window open, and all our belongings smelled like rotten cheese at night

Room was sweet nice and clean. The staff was nice and polite and helped us with our questions. The hotel is literally in the city center and 5 minutes on walk from everything. The breakfast was delicious and huge. Totally value for money if any compares to other prices in city.
Room was a bit small but that was not that problem for us cause we needed the room for a night. The problem was that there was no heat at night that we got back to sleep. It wasn't so cold but still thats a bit problem that we werent informed about.

As we arrived early, the hotel was accomodating for leaving our luggage until the room were open. The location was great. Paid parking was closeby and was easy to navigate. The staff was able to help us with providing directions. They were very clear on how to enter the hotel with reception was closed which helped us greatly. While we were on separate floors, this was not a problem at all. There was a great Tapas restaurant across the street. The spas were reasonably close for walking.
There was nothing we did not like.

Nice budget hotel set in central Baden Baden, very short walk to all restaurants etc. Secure underground parking less than 2 minute walk away. Very good value for money.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean, very well maintained, seemed to brand new or very recently remodeled.
I cannot think of anything that could be better.

Great location, friendly staff and nice rooms.
The soap and shampoo in the bathroom came in little packages, felt very cheap and it definitely was not enough. Felt it didn't fit the standard of the hotel.

Friendly staff. We were able to request a late check out so we could visit the thermal baths. Everywhere we wanted to go was walkable.

it was in the centre of Baden Baden and the rooms were really enormous and clean! we had un upgrade and we got a room with balcony!

It is an extremely nice hotel at a very nice location!! Definitely a very nice place where to stay in Baden-Baden!

Very central location once we got there, we had a bit of a nightmare due to local road works. Staff very friendly and helpful, room spotless clean, and due to its location we could walk everywhere.
