The place looked really great and nice. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating . Especially, a receptionist called Ebtisam, she was very helpful during our struggles and the only thing that saved our getaway from becoming a completely bad experience.

1. The room I got had an awful AC and I stayed the first day in a barely cool room. The reception and technicians told me that it is working fine and i should just wait for the AC to get colder but it was not any better. 2. I booked a room which according to the app had a bathtub, however the one I got didn’t have one. The hotel didn’t move me to a different one and told me this is an issue caused by Booking and I should get it resolved by them as most rooms of this type didn’t have them. Booking told me it was an issue caused by the hotel and that I should contact them and get it resolved by them. After telling them that I would like to cancel the rest of my stay because this was an awful experience and they weren’t any help, they apologized and upgraded me to a better room. 3. In the upgraded room, the bathtub had only barely warm water even though the sink had hot water. The bathtub drain also wouldn’t close either. By that point I was exhausted from contacting them about any more issues and let it be.

Valley service is the worst, they took my car and when i wanted to leave they spent 20 minutes to find my car

Easily accessible by foot from the airport in only 10 minutes. Temperatures were still OK for a walk. Beautiful rooms, with a wonderful, luxurious feeling. Lovely swimming pool. Very good breakfast. Friendly reception at 11:30pm.

We cannot find anything we did not like in this hotel.
