to access the hotel the hill up is a bit steep but still only about 10-15min walk to the snuggaa ski lift

The location is good, not far from the train station. The breakfast was wonderful. You have to love Zermatt!
At our arrival, the staff was short with us. Other than that, everything else was fne.

The rooms were comfortable but amenities were not delightful.
There were not even water or any tea provided in the room. That is something considered as hygiene in hospitality industry.

excellent room and facilities . nice breakfast
property is a 15 min walk from train station . but it’s a steep climb up a hill from the train station . we struggles a bit with our luggage and to find the property

Great place! Lovely breakfast and super welcome staff.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We requested two rooms near each other, and were given 2 adjoining rooms with a shared balcony which was perfect for us. The breakfast selection was very good with a range of sweet and savory options. We also ate at the restaurant for supper and were very pleased with the meal.
The only downside was the beds themselves. I found them uncomfortable, but after a big day hiking I slept well regardless.

Breakfast and dinner were really good.Food was of a very high standard. Location close to the Sunnegga lift was good.
Boot room was on the small side.
