O hotel foi reformado e a localização é excelente. A equipe é bem prestativa.

Da outra vez que eu me hospedei os concierges eram mais eficientes.

Nothing really. It was horrible.

The staff were extremely unfriendly. When I checked in, she first asked me whether I need 2 rooms while I only booked 1 room. Then she claimed that my password for my credit card wasn’t correct. I had to insist to try it again. Eventually it did work. During the whole process, she didn’t have any eye contact with me. She was quite rude. Later in the evening, when I asked the staff about the travel means to go to the airport, I was interested in the airport shuttle bus. I asked around at the front desk, nobody seems to bother to answer my question. In the end, I was referred to the same rude lady from earlier again. She answered very arrogantly: “ our clients just take taxis to the airport “, and again not even looking at me. The entrance of the building is under construction, very dark. The room is very dated. In the room, you can hear the lift moving down and up. The worst 4 stars hotel ever.

the property is under construction, the swimming pool and the spa is not working. the rooms are too old they don’t clean every day. The workers are not helpful. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

Shelly was extremely welcoming and helpful. She spoke English, which was very important to me. I enjoyed my stay because of the staff. The breakfast buffet was reasonably nice, and it was better than I expected.

The room was very dusty. The gym and pool were under construction, which was a shame because I was looking forward to it.

Hotel was under renovation, no possible to get food at 9 pm. It should have been notified beforehand and at least there should have been information on their web page. I was really disappointed due to this.

There were no restaurants nearby and the hotel restaurant was only Chinese buffet; the hotel location does not suits us as a family with kids. rest everything was perfect. the staff was courteous

NOTHING TO LIKE

The huge problem is that while check in supposed to be at 3pm, when I arrived right at 3pm they told me that the room isn’t ready yet and asked me to wait for half an hour offering free coffee upstairs, well, ok, I have waited like for an hour then went straight to the room that was still messy from previous customers - hotel still haven’t cleaned it yet! I went downstairs and asked what’s the problem - they said that because of holidays they are too busy, what a stupid excuse! Before that I stayed at other hotels during Lunar New Year and my rooms were ready on time! however Novotel decided to not follow their service standards and they asked me to wait one hour more! I was very exhausted from my trip and this is what I got at check in - NEVER WILL STAY IN ANY NOVOTEL AGAIN!

The hotel has truly declined in quality since I was last there in 2021. The room service has been abolished, the breakfast buffet was of low quality, and there is no pool or gym available.

The room smelt terrible. There is zero room service available. The hotel restaurant is closed from Monday to Thursday. The doorman refused to help me find a taxi

The view was absolutely amazing. The room was super clean and had everything I needed for a comfy stay.

Receptionists couldn’t speak English. Communication was a bit rough.
