Central hotel, clean and comfortable. Shower was excellent and the toiletries. Ironing board was really useful after travelling! Staff really helpful especially when one of party was impaired, gave hot water bottle and adjusted dining to help. They were really attentive and want to thank them for their support. Central location in main part of Frankfurt.
Only niggle was declined entrance to rooftop bar on second night (Friday) as private function. We picked the hotel because of the rooftop bar and if this is a regular occurrence they should state that. My husband was quite disappointed and we couldn’t use the bar cards as a result of being denied entry even though hotel residents.

Einzig allein die Lage überzeugt bei diesem Hotel. Ansonsten werden wir dieses Hotel zukünftig meiden und können es nicht weiterempfehlen.
Das Hotel ist alles in allem stark in die Jahre gekommen und für einen Aufenthalt gibt es deutlich bessere und preiswertere Hotels in Frankfurt in gleicher Kategorie. Zimmer sehr hellhörig (Ohrenstöpsel sind zu empfehlen) und Ausstattung veraltet. Das Personal benötigt dringend Schulungen in Freundlichkeit und Professionalität gegenüber seinen Gästen. Preislich war es überzogen, vermutlich wegen Messetagen während unseres Aufenthalts.

قريب من مركز المدينة وكل شي حواليك ويمكن الوصول له بالمشي فقط ولا تحتاج تاكسي او وسائل مواصلات اخرى و الفندق جديد نسبياً و نظيف
هناك مشكلة واحد ، الشاور زجاج شفاف وسط الغرفة و لكن عرفنا من الاستقبال بأن يوجد في بعض الغرفة ستارة تغطي غرفة الشاور و يمكنك طلبها عند الحجز اذا كانت متوفرة

Große geräumige Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet
Große TV und nicht zu vergessen die wirklich bequemen Betten .
Auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Es gibt nichts negatives zu berichten, außer es stört einem, das überall Teppichboden verlegt wurde

O quarto é ótimo, de bom tamanho, com mesa, armário, banheiro separado do banho, tudo muito organizado e limpo.
Só não gostei no box do banheiro ser na frente da janela rs fiquei encucada se a cortina estava realmente fechada.

Super nettes Personal, hohe Decken, durchsichtige Dusche und Waschbecken im Zimmer, während die Toilette ihren eigenen Raum hatte, volle Minibar und die kostenlose Nespresso-Maschine mit Tee, Milch und Kaffee.
Man kann da nach dem Check-Out sein Gepäck zu Obhut geben und meinetwegen sogar bis zum nächsten Tag da lassen.
Warum sind da so wenig Steckdosen? Ich musste am Bürotisch mein Handy aufladen. Es gibt dann noch eine im Bad, aber neben dem Bett gibt’s keine.

Отель находится на большом перекрёстке и звуки машин и сирен проезжающих были слышны.

Hôtel très bien situé avec du personnel très professionnel et très aimable. Petit déjeuner est très copieux avec une vue imprenable sur la ville.
Parking dans l’hôtel accessible par l’ascenseur.
Quelques petits détails par rapport à l’entretien dans la chambre. Mais sans plus. Ça ne m’empêchera pas d’y retourner.

موقع الفندق قريب من السنتر والاماكن الحيويه
موظف الاستقبال فيلمون الفتره الصباحيه لم يكن متعاون ابدا بخصوص الحجز عن طريق الموقع وحاول بشده ان يغير حجزنا الي غرفه اقل مستوى وحاول ان يأخذ اموال زياده حيث لم يعترف بحجز بوكنج وبالاخير تدخلت مديرة الاستقبال بعد الحاح وحل الموضوع وكذلك اخذ علينا زياده على قيمة موقف السياره بدون وجه حق
نصيحه اي نزيل عدم التعامل مع الموظف فيلمون فهو غير مهني وغير متعاون لاي حجز خارجي

Estava tendo vazamento de água na garagem , molhei os sapatos completamente .
O cartão do estacionamento não funcionou , pedi ajuda , demorou pelo menos 1/2 hora .
Depois fiquei na ladeira , esperando abrirem a cancela mais uns 15 minutos .

Der Eingangsbereich kommt mir mit all den Blumen und dem sehr stark riechenden Lilien wie eine Aufbahrungshalle vor, ist mir zu penetrant einfach und weckt negative Erinnerungen ! Aber Blumen sind ya da für alle Geschmäcker da

Chaos beim Frühstücksbuffet- Kaffee kam nach 15 Minuten - keine Entschuldigung! Spiegelei kam überhaupt nicht!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very large modern room.
The twin room had the two beds together but just with two duvets. As I was travelling with a friend this was uncomfortable. Also the glass shower was a novelty but again caused issues when travelling with a friend. The fact the car park was full was also stressful in a strange city.

מעליות קטנות מאד, הכניסה למלון אינה אפשרית עם כסא גלגלים צריך להכנס מכניסה אחורית ומישהו צריך לפתוח הדלת מבפנים - צריך לשפר.

I like the location and it is very close to Hauptwache Station (technically the main station you want to use and is relatively safer than Hbf). With free check in water and a free bottle of water. Shampoo, shower gel and slippers provided. Hotel was neat and tidy.
The shower is a little bit too transparent haha. I guess it is fine for couples (well actually not for every case too) but for family and company colleagues on a business trip it could be a bit awkward. Please consider either adding a curtain dividing the sleeping and shower area or sticking some kind of opaque-effect sticker to get the shower section a bit more private.

המלון נקי מאד, המיקום מצוין, מרכזי ובמרחק הליכה לאטרקציות רבות . ארוחת הבוקר מצוינת.
חבל שלא ידענו על המסעדה למעלה בקומת הגג ששמענו שהיא מצוינת ולא היה מקום. אילו ידענו היינו מזמינים מראש. לשבת ליהנות מהנוף ולאכול איטלקי מצוין.

Die Garage ist super eng. Mit einem zu großen Fahrzeug sollte man sich überlegen, ob man diese Garage nutzen will.

Loved the location, close to old town very cosmopolitan with a super range of bars. We arrived on a motorbike and was able to park for free on the street just outside. The breakfast was exceptional, chef to cook freshly omlettes to order. And I have never seen a whole honey comb to help yourself to. The range of dishes was unbelievable and the quality first rate!

Friendly staff, bed was very comfortable and very spacious bedroom and bathrooms, breakfast had a great selection, location was so central to everything.
I like having cold showers and unfortunately there was no way to adjust the water temperature to completely cold. The lowest was warm and you can adjust to very hot but this is only nit-picking.
