- easy check-in - friendly staff - good value (summer time prices are low)

- hotel is dated and needs to be refurbished - parking garage was super full so it took extra time to find a space. They had to move me to a special floor.

The shift in charge in duty , his name was Ahmed Good in dealing with customers, comparing to reception staff which told us , that no room with them. And it was confirmed one week earlier But he upgrade for us

The bed 🛏️ not comfortable, matters need to be changed , TV 📺 channels was not clear in room The toilet sink old UK style cold and hot separate not mixed , also shower jel & shampoo kept in bottle surrounding with metal lock , when you press you hand touch the metal , you had to be careful

Staff was polite, clean and comfortable, Rooms are clean, tidy and with good space

The breakfast was very good and the location is so close to the metro station and city center

The food was absolutely amazing. We had another stay in a fancier hotel in Dubai and the food wasn't as close as what Holiday Inn Al Barsha made. A lot of options and well done.

The worst part was that our room was really humid and if I had to stay longer I would have requested to change room. I could smell molds in there and this was very bad. However, I believe that the rest of the hotel since pretty good. I think it was just that room.

The breakfast was fabulous with lots of options. Delicious food and wonderful attentive staff. The absolute best thing overall were the beds. The bed was literally like sleeping on a fluffy cloud. AMAZING! We loved it!
