I liked the location it’s near the grafton st of milan (we are Irish!), I like the outdoor bar garden type area and the staff were nice.
The aircon was not strong enough for the heat! It was like a whisper! Need something stronger 🙏🏼

Handy location, clean and modern
when we arrived the twin bed we requested was together in one bed which they couldn’t dismantle until the second day. there was a baby cot set up in the room that had to be removed. the TV didn’t work until day 2 and the room was too hot we couldn’t turn down the heat for the duration despite complaining about it a few times

We ordered delivery from the bar ( Perrier Jouet ) champagne- usually this bottle goes from wine sellers to the restaurants 41€/ max 100€ - and yes there will be service charge. Well we got hot bottle ,with little ice, wine glasses and receipt for Moët & Chandon in total of 156€, a bit too much and definitely misleading as
price was
not on the menu… very disappointing I honestly hope that this is not some
sort of theft/ stealing from your customers . I still have picture of delivery and receipt…hope we will receive some

Room size
The reception staff was not at the level to deal with guests in the hotel. Parking is a complicated matter. i ask them to park the car and sign a paper to pay the account. When we go up to the room, we are called to tell us that the car does not have Italian plates, so they cannot return it to us, and I have to go myself to get it. I am a pregnant woman and I went to the parking lot and asked for a receipt which the receptionist did not tell me about and I had to go back to the hotel again on foot and I had heavy luggage and the employee did not apologize to me and was rude in dealing

very convenient price for an execellent room and breakfast!
Loved the bathtub and all the soaps. there was even the bath salts (fabulous)
the position was spot on! with a super close parking space.
breakfast: very open choice of pretty much any kind of break you can think of. all in a high quality. the indoor garden wall: a magical touch.
next time in Milan, I’m sure going back to it!
