The accommodation is conveniently situated close to the metro station, taking only 20 minutes to get to the city center, and nestled in a peaceful neighborhood. Our experience was pleasant overall, with particularly accommodating staff who were helpful when we requested a room change.

It seems like the bathroom may require a thorough cleaning. We had left a towel on the floor, intending to replace it, but when we returned, we found it still there and moved behind the door. Additionally, we had to switch bedrooms at the start of our stay due to one of the beds being unbalanced as it was missing a leg, which was replaced with a piece of lamp. This made us think that the area under the bed may not have been cleaned in a while. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was not up to par. There were too few portions of bread, yogurt, and fruit, leaving guests who came in the 2nd hour of serving the breakfast hungry. We were disappointed when we waited for 15 minutes for a fresh serving of eggs, only to be informed that they had already reached their "egg limit" for the day and could not serve anymore. This information was not communicated to us earlier and we felt misled. We commented about the breakfast at the reception. Still, at that moment, the only person (covering the breakfast service and reception) was busy with the check-out of guests, so our requests were not fulfilled. As a result of the shortage of staff, it took nearly 20 minutes for new food to be brought out. Furthermore, the dining area was cluttered with dirty dishes from previous guests, making the overall breakfast experience disappointing. It's worth mentioning that the breakfast was one of the reasons why we chose this hotel, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to the expectations set by the advertising photos.

The rooms were not up to par, renovations and maintenance are needed. The bathrooms are not clean. The cleaning was rushed, and the breakfast was basic. The two stars are only for the reception staff; otherwise, it would have been zero stars. The price is too high for the room.

Parking at hotel (entrance… parabola at entrance drive in was like I have damaged bumper and plastic chassis of my car :-( beside I have driven in and out very slow.

1. The first room we checked into smelt of cigarettes however the lady at reception happily placed us into a different room. 2. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast but there are a number of Cafes around the hotel vicinity.

I have been in hotels with 1 or 2 stars and the bathroom was not like in this conditions. The ceiling was leaking and I was afraid to enter in the bathroom. We did the check-in and immediately went outside. We didn't see the bathroom. When we came at the hotel was around midnight and was to late to ask for room change. I don't know how you can accommodate guest in this kind of room! I can say it was my worst experience ever!

I often have to travel and use booking services, but there has never been such a misunderstanding when a 4-star hotel was of such a low level. The rating of hotels with stars must meet certain standards: cleanliness and order of the room, bed linen. I was disappointed not only with the hotel but also with booking.com , why are there hotels in the system that do not meet the standards?

The hotel staff is extremely friendly and efficient. There was no breakfast, there is an excellent bakery 50 meters away. The hotel is located in a metro station. The journey is about 20 minutes to the Central railway station of Milano.

The hotel needs renovation. The management assured me that they have been running the hotel for only two months and will complete the renovation soon.

The hotel is basic but has a good bed, shower, air-con unit and was clean. The staff were very generous with their time and recommendations.

There were a few broken bits and bobs in the room......the shower door had lost its runners, one half of the curtains were missing, the tv didn't work, the sink tap was in two bits. There is a building site next door.
