Room was not good site view but location was good and also breakfast good.

Everything was perfect. I will visit again.

Nothing Special

Location is great. Rooms are modern interpretation of old Turkish style - wooden ceilungs, great bed and mirrors. Very nice view from the terrace for breakfast.

No restaurant on site, two separate hotel buildings, hot and small elevators, no soundproofing in rooms

The location is very comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace is unforgettable.

The bathroom's door is made of glass that can't provide voice cancellation, which comes inside when in use. Everyone can hear what they are doing when someone is inside the bathroom. This is annoying.

Breakfast, rooms need improvement

Rooms very spacious and spotless with very nice bathroom. Beds big and comfortable. Receptionists extremely polite and helpful. Well situated within walking distance of archeological sites,bazaars,shops,restaurants and tram. Breakfast good.Beware of taxi drivers parked outside(ask receptionist to order one!)

Location is convenient.

You have to take two lifts just to reach your room. The view of dilapidated buildings is HORRIBLE. The toiletries and complimentary water was NOT replenished the next day [hotel policy] Housekeeping keeps knocking on the door for room cleaning despite late checkout JUST 0NE HOUR arrangements! Breakfast doesn't taste fresh! Temperature was warming up and there was no option for AC. You have to open the windows to sleep at night, not a comforting option considering the next building looking at you is just 10 to 15 feet away and risk of mosquitoes!

- family rooms is a fraud, they simply don’t have those. the family rooms you see while ordering do not exist. they provide you with a small triple room with extra bed. so no free space at all at extra price. you can see many feedbacks like this so I’m not the only one so I’m sure it’s a fraud - my room had issues with heating consistency, electricity (some lamps not working, broken lamp case), water leakage - kitchen is pretty the same all days

Nice room though small with a touch of tradition in furniture. Very clean. Pleasant. Beautiful roof top view and excellent area. Try not to take bombastic pictures as it only disapoints people when they arrive.

As said clearly by other travelers: Breakfast was very average. Fruit juices vile. In our case there was no heating in the room in December and it was cold. it was not fixed nor were we proposed to change room. Lot of noise from room above till late. Except from one nice receptionnnist and bell boy no contact with the staff.

I liked the location and the room the most (especially the mattress on the bed). The view from the restaurant on the top floor was also great and was one of the main reasons we visited this hotel.

The only thing I did not love is the lack of choice of food offered during the breakfast. In addition, there were not any cosmetic products (shampoo/soap) in the bathroom upon our arrival but the cleaning staff was nice enough to provide us some after a request.
