Decent size hotel in a great location, only a 10-15 minute walk from possibly the liveliest square I have ever been to and 30 minutes from the Blue Mosque. Rooms were a bit outdated but beds were comfy and air con kept the room at a sensible temperature, also had a key lock safe in the cupboard. Shower was decent enough and basic toiletries were provided. Very easy checkin/checkout process and staff were friendly.

Could do with a bit of modernisation. Tv in the room didn't work, but probably because it was at least 20 years old. Slight smell of stale cigarettes but may just be the city. Breakfast had a good selection but wasn't your standard continental style (lots of olives, peppers etc) so wouldn't suit everyone.

Am rezervat o cameră cu un pat dublu și am primit o camera cu doua paturi de o persoană.Am cerut să fie schimbată camera și am primit una cu un pat dublu ,cu gaura in saltea pe partea stângă,foarte mică camera cu varul ce te așteptai să-ți cadă în cap!Am rezervat cu parcare și nu am primit (decât la hotelul vecin contra cost),în condițiile în care în urma noastră au venit alte persoane ce au primit cazare..... Dezamagitor. Imi pare rău că am venit pentru a treia oară cazată in acest hotel(până acum a fost foarte bine,inclusiv parcare îmi era rezervată gratuit)!!!!!Am recomandat prietenilor,cunoștințelor sa sa cazeze aici ,dar în urma acestui sejur nu mai recomand!!!!nu MERITA!!!!!!!!!!!plec dezamăgită! Las și poza cu tavanul din camera!

Lokacija je odlicna, u starom delu grada, stanica metroa preko puta, stanica tramvaja na 5 minuta. Hotel je star ali cist. Dorucak je dobar.

Mana hotela je sto se po sobama sve cuje, kao da su zidovi suplji i da vrata ne postoje.

Great staff and management very helpful.Hotel is located in a very busy area close to transportation and shops. Open buffet breakfast was served every morning with nice staff.

A little noise and smoke when you open the windows of the room. No kettle in the room but whenever we needed tea or hot water staff brought them up.

The staff made the stay good. They let us check in early and when we left the staffs where very helpful especially the young lad who helped us with loading our luggages to the taxi.

The hotel needs refurbishment.

Location was good, plenty of shops, restaurants, bus stop, tram stop near by. you can go for walk and eat and shop anytime. rates were good, staff was nice overall apart from 1 person.

no good facilities, nothing in the room provided. we asked for few things and person at reception clearly replied, NO TISSUES, NO WATER, NO IRON, NO THIS AND THAT, he wanted to be very clear and told us nothing is available and that we can buy all this from shops outside. We asked for bed sheets change and cleaning, they replied, sheets will changed once every 3 days, but a nice lady there still changed this for us after 2 days. Toilet and shower was cleaned daily. if you just want to sleep tired in the night and going out in the morning for all day, then its not bad, its all right overall.

I was really disappointed with this hotel. To be honest, the rating on Booking.com was completely misleading. I would never recommend it to anyone. The rooms were simply disgusting, including the bathroom. There was dripping water in the room, making everything very damp. We reported the issue, but unfortunately, nobody took care of it, and we had to endure four days in such an unpleasant room. Adding to the unpleasant experience was the hotel's high location, which meant having to carry all our luggage up. It was really terrible.

It is near some shopping centre's and restaurants.

The location is noisy and it is difficult to sleep during the night.

location is very convenient. close to metro/train station and also T1 tram. bars, restaurants, shops are right next to the hotel. All the staff was very kind and helpful

I enjoyed my stay at the Grand Unal Hotel. The staff is extremely friendly, curtious and professional. I want to especially thank Dasi and Osman. These are the nicest and most professional front desk personal at the hotel. The breakfast is delicious. The hotel is very clean. The cleaning staff is excellent. The kitchen staff is excellent. I rate my stay here at 5 stars. I highly recommend this place.
