-Poor window insulation. Woke up a couple of times in the middle of the night due to noise from the street. -Too transparent see through window shade in the bathroom. Had to use the toilet/shower with the lights turned off after the sunset. -Fresh vegetables for breakfast would be a great addition. -Somewhat small breakfast room and a queue for a table after 9:00.

Hotel usytuowany w centrum miasta, zatem doskonała lokalizacja. Bardzo uprzejmy personel, oraz obsługa podczas śniadań. Uwzględniono moją prośbę, za co dziękuję hotelowi.

Jedyna rzecz której brakowało podczas śniadań, to brak świeżych warzyw. Poza tym wszystko było w jak najlepszym porządku.

Jättegod frukost, mycket att välja mellan. Det är ett hotell som ligger väldigt nära till både metrostation och flygbusshållplats så väldigt bra läge. Nära till centrum och nära till slottet. Ett kanon val av hotell enligt mig!

Vi opdagede at der manglende en pose på vores værelse efter vi havde haft rengøring på værelset - i posen var et armbånd, en halskæde og en ring. Værdien af disse effekter var ikke voldsom stor (50 EUR) hvilket vi naturligvis sagte da vi henvendte os i receptionen for at gøre opmærksom på at posen var væk. Svaret var, at deres rengøringspersonale ikke tager gæsternes personlige sager, vi sagde at rengøringspersonalet måske havde forvekslet posen med affald (det er jo en mulighed) men svaret til os var at det havde de ikke. Det underlige var at personalet i receptionen omgående gav os et svar, men at de ikke havde talt med nogen fra rengøringspersonalet da de svarede os (udover deres manager fra receptionen som end ikke gad komme ud af kontoret for at tale med os.) De fik mit mobilnummer og ville kontakte mig, men jeg har ikke hørt fra dem siden. Særdeles uprofessionel opførsel og ikke særligt betryggende at man mister sine effekter når man ikke er på værelset.

One lift did not work. It wasn't the hotels fault but even their sound proofing didn't stop noise from festival

Top Lage, alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Vom Airport mit dem Bus, perfekt. Nur am Airport mussten wir etwas länger nach der Haltestelle suchen .

a great location and modern hotel. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily. Breakfast was good quality with a wide selection of food. There were only two issues, the first being the air conditioning which was controlled centrally and at 19degrees overnight, it was too warm. The second was the lifts which were really slow, on one day the maid let us use the service lift, it took that long…

Wi Fi was nil in room 207, very frustrating , had to do all my work sat in the Lobby, Breakfast was poor, coffee was disgusting , Please tell Mr Nawab to try the powdered scrambled egg,

I stayed one night in November, en-route to see family. Different staff members were so kind, from reception down to the canteen - they went out of their way to help, especially at reception. The room was comfortable, with huge windows overlooking the lovely old market. Loads of space. Large bathroom with its own window. I arrived directly from the airport at night, using the C6 bus which arrives at a stop across the road. It was also very helpful that they kept my luggage safely for a couple of hours after I checked out before catching a train.
