Great location if you want to walk around the town and up to the beach. It's in the centre of everything.

We booked with breakfast included but it wasn't available to us when we arrived as the restaurant had closed down. They substituted with the mini bar but all it had was two cokes, to waters and two beers (we don't drink alcohol)

Great location and room. Bed linen changed every 3 nights.

Noise from other rooms and outside. New toilet rolls were not always left by cleaner. Cafe breakfast was OK but quality of ingredients could be better, particularly the bread used for tostada. This is usually rustica type bread not sliced sandwich bread. Fruit salad was always the same two ingredients. Orange juice was not natural. We only went here 3 times. Might be better to take off the cost of the breakfast from room rate. 🤔

Location was central and convenient, although too far to walk to and from the train station with luggage.

Breakfast was awful and the wifi didn't work well. It was difficult to turn the air conditioning on and off.

Perfect location

Small room was clean and comfortable. Small but good breakfast in cafe next door included. Controllable air conditioning gave comfortable temperature. Staff polite, helpful and spoke good English. Location on Ramblas also excellent in the heart of things.

No bathplug! Shower a little awkward to get into as you had to climb into the bath past a glass partition. If wet, this is potentially slippy. Also, if not careful, floor could get wet. Room window overlooked indoor shaft rather than outside view. (Small observations on otherwise nice room).

Where the hotel was located. Really central to get about, with plenty to do and see by foot. Near bus station if you neede to go further a field.

Would have liked a bigger room with more of an appealing view. Hotel did not provide a kettle without a cost.

The hotel was Central

The description mentioned sound proof room's, they are not. The bath had no plug, so could only shower, and the bed was small.

Location. 24 hour reception. cleanliness of the room

Excellent wifi. Decent breakfast nextdoor. Good beds. It is good for a two star accommodation. Location in the center of Alicante is perfect.

The plumbing of other rooms is a bit noisy.
