Obiekt posiada kilka miejsc parkingowych, możliwość śniadań, a w sezonie basen i nie wielki fitness room. Przyjemna obsługa i codzienne sprzątanie

The location is comfortable, 5 min from Porto Pi and from there you can go almost everywhere, there is 46-47 buses that stops in front of the hotel. The pool is clean and relaxing, maybe I would add an another big beach umbrella. They cleaned our room every day. The breakfast was good because you have a little bit of everything. The staff is really friendly and helpful.
The hotel suggested to use a tour agency and we booked an excursion with this Lmon tour, awful experience.

I really enjoyed my stay here.
The room was spacious enough, clean, nice, the bed was very comfy.
The pool was clean and the water good for swimming.
Good food (only breakfast available).
Nice personnel.
Restaurant was only available for Breakfast..which was also a little pricey in my opinion.

Príjemní ľudia, tichá lokalita, dostupnosť do centra autobusom, bazén v peknej záhradke. Pláž blízko avšak dostupna skôr autobusom.
V okolí hotela dokopy nič nie je treba všade chodiť autobusom.
Mesto Palma je predražené a tento hotel nie je výnimkou. Platili sme ~530€ za 4 noci/2 osoby + miestna daň cca 20€.
Bufetove raňajky vychádzajú 11 alebo 12 € na osobu, podľa toho či si vopred rezervujte na každý deň. Celkovo som mal pocit že služby či priestor nezodpovedaju požadovanej cene. Necítil som sa ako v 4* hoteli, toto je skôr dobrý 3* hotel. Je to ale všadeprítomny problém mesta Palma, a človek by aj išiel inde, avšak niet kam. Veľká konkurencia a ceny pokojne 150- 200€ za noc tu nie sú ničím výnimočným. Za normálne ceny tu majú len hostely so zdieľanými izbami.

We didn't have a breakfast. The rooms were very spacious and beds comfy. Very clean.
The hotel did not live up to the description and for the amenities does NOT warrant being a 4 star hotel.

Das Personal war super familienfreundlich und auch sehr hilfsbereit. Auch sehr kulant und sehr motiviert. Es war alles sehr sauber.
Leider hat das Restaurant geschlossen und die Lage des Hotels auf dem Berg ist leider zu weit weg von Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften, sodass man außer 2 andere Hotelrestaurants keine Möglichkeit hat als Familie fußläufig irgendwo hinzukommen.

La ubicación fue buena, para llegar desde el puerto es super cerca pero si hay que tener en cuenta que el camino es en altura y con bastantes escalones. Las habitaciones fueron muy cómodas y el servicio de recepción nocturna fue impecable.
El desayuno fue bueno pero podría mejorar en cuanto a variedad debido al precio que se paga que no era bajo.

Rooms were comfy and nice beaches quite close.
Far from city center and on a hill. There is one bus that goes all the way to the hotel, but if you take a more frequent bus, it is a 5 minute hike on a steep hill. We were there in February, soo the distance was a biggie.
Breakfast was good, but 18 euros is too much. For this price I would expect more than a buffet. For this price I would like a person come to me and hand me a menu with some meals that they can prepare as well.

Habitación muy amplia, cómoda, luminosa y con terraza. Con baño moderno amplio y cómodo. Muy tranquila, con vistas a un jardín. Colchones cómodos y baño con todos los accesorios. Se aparca en la zona fácil.
Quizás un poco apartado del centro, pero cómodo en cualquier caso.

Creo que no ofertando 1/2 pension se deberia incluir precio desayuno en su oferta , y al menos servicio de cafeteria todo se hace maquinas electronicas

The room and breakfast where very good. A very friendly man who takes care about the guests
Unfortunately there is no bar and no terrace to order a drink (or food). There is just a ' machibe with drinks' opposite the reception. I hope te management has the possibility to change this in future. I see that they want to be a 4 starhotel ( breakfast and room are really good!), but there is someting to do!

- the view from the window was very different from what is on the photos
- blanket is not Ian the duvet cover, just a sheet
- no bath robes, no slippers
- no cotton buds and balls, no shower cap
- water bottle is not added daily
- often nobody at reception firing the day when taxi is needed

- super noisy outside, can’t sleep with a window open

USB port in the room would have been very helpful. We forgot travel adaptors so had to borrow one. We used the app 'city mapper' every day so needed to keep our phones charged up. We could charge them up in reception but obviously this wasn't practical when we were constantly on the go each day.

Location is perfect for what we had to do. Very quiet also, lovely area and nice views. But the best was the breakfast! I didn't expect so much variety to choose from. There was also an onsite parking.

Probably too far to walk in and out of palma, however local bus service and taxis were very easy to use
