Early check in, important after a long flight and early landing. Great no fuss check in. Great breakfast and great value for money. Easy wi- fi connections. Wounderful shower.

service, bathroom, breakfast, maintenance, towels and cleanness. -requested crib and it wasn’t ready when we checked in -receptionist didn’t mention the lack of hot water for the first hours of stay (I had to give my baby a cold shower) -plumbing needed maintenance too, bathroom was always wet. -shower door was noise and heavy. I couldn’t keep it open to give my baby a bath -shampoo was empty and never replaced. there were small tubes in the bedroom, but not in the shower, where you need them. - my aunt lost her wallet in the elevator, someone found it and took to the front desk. They identified the owner, but did not contact us until we came to ask. we had searched for a long time unnecessarily. -restaurant was closed for some reason on the first day and we were told to go to the ibis one. -towels are the thinnest, bad quality. -pool was dirty, I saw guests cleaning it themselves

Air conditioning was a tiny bit noisy

Nothing, really plain hotel.

They charged me for parking my motorcycle and then told me to leave it in a corner where the service charts were. Obviously no care for other people property. When I told this to the recepnionist she told me there was nothing they could do about it.

the wifi it did not work and also the cards to enter the elevators and the room. barely work. I constantly had to ask them to active it it.
