Facilities were basic but clean. Breakfast was ok but a piece of fruit would have been a good addition

We were in a family room and the double bed and pull out bed were ok but the upper single bed was like sleeping on concrete. Breakfast was a bit bland, cornflakes, flapjack and chocolate croissant. Could have been a bit healthier. The milk was warm too which was not ideal.

Staff are very friendly and at the same time professional. It's like staying at Mum and Dad's. Free parking. Nice and quiet location 👌

Welcoming staff, comfy bed, the room was reasonably quiet, given that it’s next to a motorway, and the shower was good.

A teeny bit of maintenance in the bathroom would be good. The shower sliding doors didn’t close easily and the whole shower head fitting wasn’t tight to the wall which was a bit odd.

The staff are really friendly and it was in a good location. Like a step down from a Travelodge.

There is an overwhelming smell through the hotel … not nice at all. Very dated and in need of some TLC, mouldy smell in the room .

Convenient to visit Shopping Outlet and Motorway services. The Staff were very accommodating.

For the price there was nothing to dislike.
