Het personeel is super helpvol! Ik ben geholpen door Sara en ze was super lief en stond helemaal voor me klaar en luisterd naar je wensen. De douches waren wat ouder maar super goed en heerlijk warm.
Ik sliep op een kamer van 13 bedden en dat was best gehorig met iedereen die in en uit liep

The Pool table was a bit of something, as the balls keeps getting stuck after putting the coins in the machine. Plus 3 pounds per game is a bit much.

De locatie! Midden in het centrum en vlakbij de grote treinstations.
Ik had 3 kamers gereserveerd voor in totaal 14 personen.
Een 4persoons kamer was echt smerig. Haren (!) aan de muur geplakt. Een dekbed wat onder het bloed en andere uitwerpselen leek te zitten. Ondefinieerbare vlekken op de muur en tot slot een matras wat “lek” leek, 20cm dik maar als je erop ging zitten zat je op de lattenbodem.
De 6-persoonskamer was in de kelder. Geen ramen, geen airco en de ventilator was kapot. Oftewel geen frisse lucht. Deur open houden ‘s nachts, als je dat al zou willen, had ook geen zin want frisse lucht ontbrak in heel de kelder.
De laatste kamer was wel in orde.
Samenvattend gewoon slecht! Ondanks dat het “maar” een 1ster hostel is en je daar dus ook een stuk minder voor betaald dan hotels in de omgeving moet de hygiëne en reinheid gewoon kloppen!

The lift isn’t working. It’s very busy. Full of people making party. Not intimate at all

Staff were friendly and helpful. Accommodation was as expected but clean sheets were great.
The lift was out so had to carry the bags up four levels. No biggy really.

Das Hostel liegt sehr gelegen in der Nähe von King‘s Cross Station. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Es gab Steckdosen an den Betten und Kisten zur Aufbewahrung von Taschen (hier sollte man selbst ein Schloss mitbringen); die Duschen werden morgens gereinigt, allerdings ist da kaum Platz um seine Kleidung abzulegen (daher lieber mit wenig Sachen zur Dusche gehen).
Der Pub im Aufenthaltsbereich war ganz gut. Man konnte da abends in Ruhe noch ein Bier trinken 😊
Dafür, dass es ein Hostel mit Mehrbettzimmern ist, ist es relativ teuer. Nichtsdestotrotz war alles in Ordnung.

Location. Very convenient to reach King's Cross Station.
Personally, I prefer a thick and insulated duvet. It would be better is there is an option for that.

The staff was very rude when i attemtpted to eat a sanwich in the dinning area, i was told to eat outside , in zero degree temperature. that it was a resturant.. i ask where do guest eat, i was told outside or in their rooms. this is very disrespectful, after hearing this why would i ever eat from those hands of people being so rude. as a guest i wasnt treated as if i paid for a room... Facility is over run with Kids while Alcohol is being served in said resturant, and i couldnt eat a sandwich in the dinning area, everyone has their own diet, people shouldnt be forced to eat whats on teir menu. its rediculous.

The building was set back off the road, away from traffic noise.
The room was tidy, the bedding was clean and fresh. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful.
I didn't have a shower, but it looked a little awkward to look after your clothes. They were also few and quite far away.
Breakfast was not very hot at 7am.

Then you come and actually see it for real.
I have stayed in several hostels all over the world but this one disappoints the most.
The room with 4 beds, was super small there was barely extra space to move. Heating started only around 8pm and turned off in the morning. No plugs in the bathroom so you couldn’t really use your device. There is no kitchen and no common space to chill expect the bar where of course you have to buy something. Just another way to make money. Lockers are being charged extra. No towels included. These are just Basic things which other different hostels ( cheaper ones) always had.
Just super no for the Generator.
Not worth the money they ask you to pay at all.
Positive thing was that the reception changed room for another when we asked.

Super lobby oraz śniadania ! I klimat w pubie . Pyszna pizza . I lokalizacja rewelacja ! Naprawdę blisko do metra robiła tu wielka robotę ! 5 min do metra russel square
Dobrze ze my w 6 osób zajmowaliśmy cały pokój bo inaczej sobie tego nie wyobrażam . Pokoje jak cele więzienne , taki klimat 😂 dość ascetycznie . Ale łóżka wygodne . Przez 3 dni pod rząd w recepcji nie było ręczników do wypożyczenia ….. łazienka średnia . Prysznice super , ale kibelek jeden na 4 pokoje . Bo 1/2 toalet była zamknięta na kłódki . Najładniejsze i najczystsze toalety były przy recepcji.

Cleanliness
The weather was very hot, and there was no air conditioning. The room had no ventilation, and when we left the window open, no fresh air came in. We were constantly sweating and damp. There was a small fan, but due to the poor ventilation, the fan only made it hotter.

For £25, it’s a perfect hostel located near St Pancras and Euston. Staff are extremely pleasant, bed and room were fine and the shower had a great pressure with hot water. Also a really good vibe of people in reception. Great work Generator!
Sheet on the bed wasn’t the comfiest and the walls were quite fine so you could hear other dorms but that’s kind of expected at hostels.
Remember to bring a towel, otherwise it costs £4.

very stupid maintenance mistakes. bathroom locks fitted out of position so the doors do not lock. the bathroom door locks have been fitted either too far or to close to the hinge.
