The staff were very helpful and accommodating, both before we arrived and during our stay. They helped to organise trips to the glaciers and other activities. The room was large and comfortable and had a lovely view of the sunrise, and the front of the hotel had a great view of the lake too.
The hotel is about a 10 minute walk out of town. However, the hotel put on shuttles from 7-11 pm.

Good value hotel, staff were helpful. Shower was hot and powerful, breakfast was decent.
Slight walk from the centre of El Calafate, but Taxis are cheap and the hotel offers a shuttle service for a small charge. We would avoid walking late at night, we got followed by dogs one night.

The only thing off was the "energy". Most people are gone for the day, so it's eerily quiet in the lobby. We were hoping for a slightly more lively/cozy vibe, especially there being a cute bar/living room area. But

Very good hotel. You feel like living in nature, however, with all the comfort. And feeling of no crowd around makes you very relaxed. Very tasty food!

The hotel is beautiful and situated at the top of the hill overlooking the town and lake. The staff were really friendly and incredibly helpful. They offer massages there for a very affordable cost, and I only wish we had time to get one.
It's a little away from the main street so not as convenient to walk around however they do offer a free shuttle!

Although this isn’t a real issue most of the year, the fact that there was no air conditioning or fan was a small inconvenience. We just happened to be there when the weather was excellent!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms and beds are comfortable and have a beautiful view of Lake Argentina. It’s 6 blocks down hill to the Main Street. They had a great breakfast also (we didn’t have dinner there however they do offer it). The front desk staff was super helpful in arranging activities and cabs for us.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They organised us the tours for the same price like you would find them in the town, so there is no need to go to the town and compare the prices, you can do everything through the hotel, which was very nice.
The lake view from the rooms was very nice too.
The hotel offers a shuttle to the center of the town every evening for a very little, just symbolical price.
The inside of the hotel looks a bit old. But it was all clean and comfortable. So we would stay here again.
