The bed were very comfortable

Water froze when we arrived so there was no water in the room. But the staff were very diligent and fixed it eventually

Hotel location is up on the hill about 7 minutes walk downhill into town. Easy walk and nice to be up high with a view over the town. Nice professional hotel with staff that speak English very well. Beds were good. Pillows very soft would be my only negative. Restaurant has great food at good prices. A nice variety of choices, instead of the usual hamburgers, sandwiches and pizza's everywhere else.

Located in an isolated and silent area, it is a short walk from the main avenue in Calafate, where you can find everything you may need. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good as well as the meals we had at the restaurant.

They served a local wine in the bar. Had Gluten Free bread but you have to ask for.

Specifically requested top floor end of hall due through Booking.com! as we are very light sleepers. Where given ground floor and middle of hall with kids on both sides. Hotel said they where full and could not do anything even though we pre booked months ago! Kids running up and down hall at 1:00 a.m. Went to front desk and they did nothing. The parents where sitting in plain view at the bar! Also, shower guard very small and water gets all over floor.

A very nice hotel that also offers free breakfast. It has a pool and spa. It's close to the airport but a few blocks from the 'center'/downtown area which is the happening place. Rooms were very comfortable, attentive staff, and a pretty good restaurant.

It's away from the center of town. You can walk if you feel up to it, and a 5 minute ride in taxi.

For 6 nights, they charged me USD1487, not worth it at all, crazy price for what they offered, typical in Argentina. Very messy 6 days, children running all around the hotel during the day and during the night, no one did anything about it, went to complain 3 times, it was impossible to sleep, Argentinians have no manners whatsoever. The pool area needs lots of maintenance, its falling apart.

The pool and sauna were great, not too many people when we visited.

We had a lot of issues before even arriving at the hotel because we didn't have a credit card. Apparently a credit card is needed because the hotel wants to hold a deposit on it, even tho the reservation clearly stated that no prepayment was needed. Since we didn't have a credit card we had a lot of back and forth with them which kinda stressed us out, also because we were already in Argentina at the time and didn't have internet connection. When we arrived, the staff was a bit unfriendly, we didn't feel welcome at the hotel, which was so weird compared to the other places we had stayed during our trip. The rooms were clean and roomy, but very old fashioned. Our room was on the 2nd floor and it was close to the restaurant area, so it was a bit noisy since there is no door between the restaurant area and the rooms area. The food was average, we ordered a couple of sandwiches to take with us on our next day excursion, but the bread was very dry and the whole thing was really tasteless, we only had a couple of bites and did not enjoy it at all.

Very noisy, pokey rooms, as others have said in reviews. We were placed in a room directly adjacent to the lobby and told no other rooms available. Bed was uncomfortable, room was not clean. Unpleasant checkin experience.
