We always stay here the location is great and it’s just a lovely hotel

Clean and easy to get to. Staff weee helpful and they had delish cold fruit bowls around. We had a complimentary mini bar too. Delish buffet breakfast in the morning. Make your own noodles, banana bao and crispy bacon.

Mini bar wasn’t stocked the 1st day though.

Location was great. Was right next to the lake. Bus top as you exit the hotel. Hacwlock station was 5 mins walk. Free steam room.

The breakfast was incredible, although most mornings at peak time there were too few seats inside that meant you had to sit outside in the uncomfortable humidity. Regardless, it was still a pleasant breakfast and we were always full with delicious food (what a delight getting to eat roti every morning!). The room was plenty big enough for a couple and the bed was absolutely huge. The staff were knowledgeable regarding all questions I had. The gym facility was immaculate - clear, cool and filled with bottled water. I was able to work up a sweat making me feel great! Lastly it was such a great addition to see the numerous snacks and drinks in the room that were free of charge - the gentleman who came to refill these advised us they were free and that made us feel so good. I quickly ate all the crunchy M&Ms and Toblerones. Thank you!

We had a non-smoking room, but when returning to our room after a long hot day, the room was filled with a smell of cigarette smoke - we have no idea where this came from, perhaps someone was smoking in an adjoining room. The hotel staff promptly set-up an ionizer in the room and left it there for a number of hours. Unfortunately this did leave the room with a different smell, although not as unpleasant. When requesting that the staff come collect the ionizer, they confirmed someone would but no-one showed until the following morning - we decided to leave the machine outside the room. Unfortunately the staff provided an incorrect information suggesting we could not use our cards to gain access to the MRT or buses, and as such we should purchase an EZ Card (£10 purchase with £5 being the credit available). After a day we realised we could simply have used our cards to touch in and out, ultimately saving us £5 each. The location in regards to an MRT isn't the best when compared to other hotels. I'd suggest walking to Havelock station and work out your route from there - Fort Canning station was a bit too far in the hot sun.

We had to change room because of unacceptable noise coming from the service duck next to our room. Then we were given a room with a connecting door to the adjoining room - and the soundproofing was poor. A noisy family next door didn’t add to our enjoyment of our stay with you.

Great facilities. Well maintained. Clean. Modern. The breakfast buffet was superb. I looked forward every day to the char-grilled Kaya toast. The man grilling them was a delight. The restaurant location just beside the quay with the otters making an appearance during breakfast was pure delight.

Location was awesome. Room very acceptable. Breakfast was great. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating, even obliging with a very late check out for one of our 3 rooms which was truly appreciated.

Not much considering what we paid for the stay, this property was great value for money.

Location

No direct wheelchair access to the river from the hotel. Pool was not operational

I really loved the breakfast. A lot of food varieties

The bed was not comfortable for the price I paid. Mediocre at best

Location. Breakfast was amazing. Vicinity of hop-on hop-off buss station. Room was clean and the view was amazing. Dinner was great, with the nice view near the river. Guest Services were always helpful even we had some challenges with Booking and Hotel communicating with each other.

It was really confusing to explain every day that the breakfast was included and that we had extra S$98 credit to spend inside the Hotel premises. Somehow communication was not really passing down to all the Guest Services personnel. Not a big deal but just small area for improvement))

The room was very clean and spacious and the staff very nice.

Did not like that the pool was being upgraded so not available and it was not clear on the website that you would have to go to another hotel to use an alternate pool.

Aswad on reception is a total gem - we arrived after a full day of travelling. Had checked into another hotel and it was disgusting, and ended at the door of Sheraton Four Points And he was this little shining star at the end of my glum day

The plumbing work on our last day, we had paid extra to stay and the smell, noise wasn't pleasant

Room design was pretty dated but clean. Bathroom can do with better accessories especially the shower head. Breakfast was alright but we felt that the restaurant could not handle the capacity of people.

Location was excellent! It was only a one night stay between Uk and Sydney flight

Room was a good size. Location is ok but we never used public transportation. Is really nice there are several restaurants near the hotel.

There were enough power points around the room to charge devices, which is important when you are sharing a room with others. The buffet breakfast was good with a range of choices.

The housekeeping didn't seem thorough enough. When we opened the mini fridge to store our bottled water, we found that the interior was sticky as though a former guest had spilled drinks. So it appeared the fridge interior hadn't been wiped down between guests. Also, found it a little strange that the dustbins in the room were unlined.
